ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub

The hotel is decent. It's located near Nimman Road, and there's a shopping mall not far away. Plus, there's a really good restaurant called Nara nearby.

This is a very typical European-style hotel, just like the Ibis hotels I stay at in Europe. The location is excellent, only a ten-minute walk to Nimmanhaemin Road. The front desk service is great, and their English is very good. Every staff member greets you. There's also an underground parking garage, which was perfect because we rented a motorbike and could just ride it directly down there. They have dedicated motorbike spots, so it wasn't baking hot the next morning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

The whole room was quite clean, and the location is great. The soundproofing was also really good, and there were a lot of Chinese people around, so I felt it was pretty safe for Chinese travelers.

This hotel is great! The front desk staff can speak Chinese, which was a huge plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chiang Mai. I stayed for four nights in Chiang Mai, and all of them were at this hotel. It's really good, and the value for money is excellent. The BBQ place across the street is also good, and I loved the stir-fried morning glory at the restaurant opposite!

The breakfast was pretty good, and the hygiene and service were decent too. It's Ibis, so you can't expect too much from the facilities. One thing really worth praising about this hotel is the 24-hour free hot water, hot coffee, and hot milk. It's really convenient for those who enjoy hot Americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, or hot milk.

For this price point and location during the Spring Festival, I think it's excellent value for money.
