"Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all."

"Royale Chulan The Curve is very well located, within a large Mall (The Curve) and opposite and close to several others, such as IPC, IKEA, 1 Utama, with lots of eating places too. Also close to LRT station. Room was clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Amenities provided were adequate. Parking is expensive especially if you need to drive in and out several times a day. Hotel shares the Curve malls parking. Shower cubicle drain was blocked and water spilled out to rest of bathroom floor. After complaint the technician arrived quickly and said he'd solved the issue however it didn't fully resolve it and water still didn't drain quickly enough. Something the Mgt can look into. Lobby sofas are comfortable but beginning to show their age. A quality hotel such as this shouldn't have plastic tape all over the sofas covering up the damaged sections. Overall a comfortable stay but some improvements needed."

"We stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!"

"1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early. 2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok. 3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this. 4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment. Overall I had a nice stay."

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the blackout curtains were a blessing. The bathroom was well-appointed with excellent water pressure in the shower – a small detail that makes a big difference! The location is a major plus. It's situated in a fantastic area with easy access, making it a breeze to get into the city center. For food and shopping, you're spoilt for choice. The iconic The Curve, IKEA, and IPC are all within a short, pleasant walk. We didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but we peeked in and both looked very well-maintained and inviting. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member we encountered, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. I highly recommend M Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur!"
