Overall experience of the stay was good with reasonable cleanliness. The apartment is spacious. Shower water pressure is good and heater worked properly. Aircon coldness is good and internet speed is around 100Mbps. Two things to improve is to place hand soup on the toilet and to replace kitchen sponge more frequently as the sponge is veey dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable. They did not provide plates and cooking ware only had a microwave. Lift access was troublesome I always have to wait quite long .Easy access to Hextar Mall .

This is where I stay in and around KL when I need to stay for longer for less money. There’s good amenities and attractions near by, decent food is close and the studio apartment perfectly fits my needs. The only downside is the fact that they do not clean rooms or even offer to during the stay. I have to ask for stuff to be delivered and do it myself.

First at hall thank you for your service, and for ourside it's slightly disappointing because of the lift management things. We waited so long until we get lift level also we get higher level 23. The cleaning part, we saw cleaners are cleaning all the room and we believe our room also will clean up but 3 night we enver receive towel or anything . At counter main entrance, 2 people are working but we wait for so long for take out deposit because 1 person only manage everything at counter too. Otherwise, we love the swimming pool. It's clean and hygiene too.

Absolute fantastic stay!The room is spacious for family of four,and the room is equipted with a long table and four chairs so you can have meal from take away in the room.Below the apartment there’s a mall and a convenient store so evrything that you need can be get easily!
