My first time and definitely not my last. The room was very clean including the bathroom. There was miscommunication and we got room upgraded with bathtub. What a lovely weekend to spend. The lobby so nice the restaurant as well. The staffs are very nice. Coming again soon. I think they need to change the pillow as it was smelly sikit

The overall environment is very clean and has a luxurious feel. The double bed is huge and very comfortable to sleep in. There's also a swimming pool downstairs, so the facilities are good. The overall stay was excellent and offered great value for money.

Is really nice, The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping malls and restaurants. The facilities were well maintained, especially the swimming pool and fitness centre. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the quality of the food was impressive.

I like my room and my parent’s room, Super clean, even the table and everything in the bathroom also clean. The downside, bedsheet not super white. The breakfast and dinner was okay 3.5/5 with wide variety. The staff were friendly even though so many guests that stay in here but they able to manage their professionalism. Everything was okay except the hotel is too crowded (for me). Actually its more like business hotel because many people come for business and tour. The lift even though only have 2 but super fast.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of delicious food to suit all tastes. The housekeeping staff neatly organize the room and replace the bottled water with a fresh bottle every day.
