Mossaz Suites by MyKey

Location is good near to one utama and petaling jaya. Lift is a problem as it is always very full, need to wait for very long. Cleanliness is acceptable though we saw a spider on the day we checked in, and there is bad sewage smell in the toilet.

The stay was pleasant overall, and the place was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, especially at night. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean outside and inside. A good location both Mossaz and Paxtonz are part of the Empire City in Damansara, Petaling Jaya next to the integrated shopping mall precinct rebranded into Hextar World at Empire city. Drive in and drop off at either designated lobbies under their names or drive into a well lighted multi-storey car park with security guards. Park car nearest to separate lift access to each lobby. Lift lobby up to units secured with unit access card. Deposit may be required depending on operator from RM50, RM100 or RM200 so prepare cash. Have BIla Bila Mart and food outlets nearby and in the mall, I guess. Saw a full pickle ball court nearby. Nice.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the price was also very affordable considering the overall experience. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay without spending too much.

The hotel has a good location and the facilities are generally nice, which makes it quite convenient for a business trip. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. I found more than three cockroaches in the room, and the floor also felt noticeably sticky and unclean. For a business traveller, having a clean and hygienic room is one of the most basic expectations. Unfortunately, seeing multiple cockroaches and experiencing an unclean floor significantly affected my overall stay. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards, particularly with floor cleaning and pest control. The location and facilities are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs more attention.

Had a fantastic stay at Mossaz Suites by MyKey with friends! The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable for our trip (Aug 13–15). The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool with its incredible views. Check-in was smooth, and the customer service was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Great location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area with friends or family!
