M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel surprising is very new! The room is spacious and it smells nice. Bed mattress is comfy. They have free parking at the hotel for hotel guests (but you have to mention it to the hotel reception and fill in the form). They offer buggy service from the parking building to the hotel main entrance. On site, they provide spa for additional charge with 20% off for hotel guests. The spa is at the building next to the hotel. The gym and swimming pool are nice and clean. Strongly recommended. We had an amazing stay with M Resort!

First of all,the location of the hotel is very convenient,it takes me less than 25 minutes from SB airport after a late flight arriving around 10 pm.Hotel lobby, room, restaurant and swimming pool are all very clean and tidy.We had a very relaxing breakfast with various selections of fresh breads fruits salads and juice,also it's interesting to taste Malaysian local food,Indian food, Japanese soup and Chinese noodles all in one buffet.The staff are very kind in helping me to get a taxi when i had trouble downloading Grab and exchanging local money.Morning swimming in crystal clear water and bright sunshine is such a relaxing moment for me as well.When we leave for downtown we saw a nice golf course by the hotel,nice veiw.We will book again next time definitely.

We chose M Resort so our child could enjoy the facilities. The swimming pool is decent but not very big, and there aren’t that many features. There is a jacuzzi, a regular swimming pool, and two slides, but only one slide is suitable for kids below 4 years old. The indoor playground is quite small as well and doesn’t have many facilities. However, overall my child still had a really good time and enjoyed playing there. For the room, I felt the air-conditioning was a bit too cold. After showering it almost felt like winter. Even after adjusting the temperature higher, it was still quite cold, possibly because it’s a central air-conditioning system. Although the hotel markets itself as a family-friendly hotel, they only provide a baby cot and do not provide a baby bathtub. One highlight was the hotel buffet, which was very good with a wide variety of choices.

The service was excellent, and the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options.
