M World Hotel

1.I was disgusted by the bed twin beds bed sheets and bed protectors that were heavily stained with dirty water stains, fungus & mold upon checking into the room i called the housekeeping staff immediatelyto change all of them. 2. The mini fridge was not cold at all and I told the staff to change to another that is functioning when the staff came in to my room after someone else complaint about the cabinet door that does not close tightly. 3. The room furnishings was badly design as the round table does not serve much purposes as it should have a dressing mirror with table for the ladies to use the power plug outlet for their hair and makeup. The bathroom hairdryer does not have a 3 pin outlet. 4.Location was the only good thing I like about this hotel.Walk across a covered linked bridge to the MRT/LRT stations and 1 Utama Shopping Mall , Food court 5. Door man outside with Msian costume Mizuna was very very helpfu and polite when my called Grab could not find my location. He helped me checked for his arrival outside the drive way. We'll deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️️Door man is very helpful in giving directions⭐ 6. I had a 60 minutes foot reflexology massage at the spa, not well organized, massage techniques were so so.Foot soak was just water No essentialoils scent smell at all No hot towel for foot. Not worth the price of RM 168++.

I had a wonderful experience here. The property is spacious and exceptionally clean, offering top-notch conveniences. Moreover, the staff's hospitality was warm, and the breakfast options were delightful

The system was down when I was about to check in on 4th Aug 2026 around 8pm. But overall stay experience was good and the room condition is clean

The hotel room is very huge and is spotless! We had a good rest. It’s a 10min walk via a linkway to 1Utama Mall where there are lots of restaurants/cafes/shopping/massage. Highly recommended and will stay there again next time!

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, but it was Mr Emmanuel who made my experience truly unforgettable. His kindness, patience, and attention to even the smallest details made such a difference. It’s rare to experience hospitality that feels so sincere and personal. I will keep on coming here because of this. I hope other colleagues would follow his footsteps as previously I had a quite disappointing experience. Having to bring my own luggage to the room because other members of staff were busy upon checking in and unfriendly receptionist. This hotel has one of the best pools. Best to use it during the afternoon.

This hotel is very near to the concert venue I want to go at Idea Live Arena, 15 minutes distance by car. The hotel room is very big, very convenient to put big size luggage. Overall is great and comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay. I was delighted to receive a welcoming fruit basket and a personalised welcome note, which made me feel valued as a guest. The room was clean, and very conducive for both rest and work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the customer service experience. While the staff were professional, I noticed that many of the front facing team members appeared rather expressionless and seldom smiled. As a guest I did not feel the warm welcome that I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. A friendlier smile and a more engaging approach would go a long way in creating a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches and comfortable accommodation. With a warmer customer service experience, the stay would have been even better.

quick check in and check out process. the link bridge from hotel to mrt, lrt station and to 1 Utama shopping mall is a bonus. good breakfast buffet spread. may consider add lontong n karipap the menu roti canai and egg stations, excellent skills n taste.
