Still maintaining the quality, but a bit aged for the hotel facility overall. The water heater can be taking way too long to function.

Has all that you need for the reasonable price. Room service was good enough. Didn’t manage to try the dessert.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to travel around and access nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was good, I believe offering a wider variety of choices would further enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hospitality provided by the hotel. Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They don't provide bottled water in the room instead we can get it from the water dispenser outside the room. Well, environmental friendly by reducing water bottles disposal.

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff are friendly, and the service is good. The Asia Jaya LRT station is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has a water dispenser available for guests.

Room didn’t come with a hair dryer but after calling room service, they delivered it up to the room. 20 mins car ride to KL sentral, really convenient if taking the train to other states in Malaysia

I had a rash on my back after a one nights stay as we The Queen bed in the room had bed bugs . Informed the hotel but no response from them! Several other rooms booked by family members on other apps also had the same problem. Emailed all the four rooms with this problem but no response from hotel!
