Strategic location, just 5 minutes walking distance to The Curve shopping mall and 3 minutes to train station. A lot of eateries nearby and good place for gathering. Worth it!

Went with my family and the room is quite large. Can have one more additional bed Good stay and accessible to PJ places

The staff is very nice and helpful. There are some issues with cleanliness (Poor toilet cleanliness, Spotty carpet, Broken iron, Spotty ceiling, There no filter at the sink (I don’t know exactly word for the equipment).

Stayed recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was notably spacious, which added to the overall comfort. However, the interior appears quite dated and is showing signs of wear and tear. A refurbishment would certainly enhance the overall guest experience and better reflect the hotel’s potential. On the service side, it was truly commendable. The staff were exceptional throughout—from the doorman, security, and reception team to housekeeping and café staff. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and consistently delivered warm hospitality, which made a significant difference during the stay. Overall, while the physical condition of the rooms could be improved, the outstanding service remains a strong highlight of this hotel.

Room : 🌟🌟🌟 Please make renovation. Im so lucky get the price below rm250 included breakfast. If the price above rm300, honestly i'll so frustrated coz the room look old. Breakfast : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nasi lemak, ayam goreng berempah, pastry & spaghetti masak lemak cili padi so yummy. Thanks chef 👍. Services :🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is so nice and comfortable. Just abit old and many place already stain. But this price is definitely worth!

The hotel and room are nice. The bathroom is spacious, with separate areas for showering and using the toilet (got bidet). The blanket had a stain, but it was on the inside, so it was fine and I didn’t bother to complain. Breakfast was okay.

Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.
