Stayed 1 night at Sheraton PJ and it ticked all the boxes. Check-in was fast, no queue. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet even though we came back late. Bathroom was modern and water pressure strong. Loved the breakfast - lots of variety, especially the local dishes. Gym and pool looked well-maintained too, though we didn’t use them. Staff deserve a shoutout for being polite.

Sheraton Hotel PJ used to have a wonderful aroma which now seems to be gone. Besides, there was musty smell on the towel for our first night. We requested for room cleaning service the next day and got the new towel. To make the matter worse, I was bitten by bed bugs

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the light rail station, which is super convenient for getting around. It's clean, hygienic, and has a great atmosphere. The front desk staff and restaurant servers were all really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

On the first day, we were told the air conditioning was broken at check-in and there were no available rooms, so they moved us to a hotel across the street. We were promised a pick-up back to the Sheraton at 12 PM the next day, but they only arrived at 12:30 PM. There was a huge cockroach on the bed; it took three calls and 30 minutes for someone to come and deal with it. The air conditioning sounds like a 20-year-old tractor, and the room is right by the road, so it's incredibly noisy. It was just a terrible experience.
