"Very nice and comfortable. Room is very spacious. Booked a room for 3 adults with sea view. It comes with 3 double beds. Have outdoor and indoor onsen facilities. Big spread of buffet for breakfast. Free parking."
"I booked a full board package. The location is conveniently located near to the Hell valley tourist spots. Pick up from the Beppu station was punctual and drop off after check out to station makes travel relaxing. Room was extremely spacious and environment was tranquil. Food was good, both dinner and breakfast. Facilities were also great!"
"Grandvrio Hotel Beppuwan Wakura is an excellent choice with a superb location. We especially enjoyed the free foot spa, the onsen with its great ocean view and well-provided amenities, as well as the complimentary drinks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four, and the ocean view made the stay even more enjoyable."
"It felt more like a business ryokan hotel and I don’t mean it in a bad way. The onsens were very very beautiful, and I absolutely loved my stay in Kunisakisou. At night, there are hot mists surrounding the ryokan and town, which made me understand why Beppu was called the town/onsen of hell. I asked for breakfast at the last minute and it was the best meal I had throughout my whole trip in Beppu. Thank you for the lovely stay! P.S. Restaurants around the hotel close early so go to dinner around 5-6pm. Later than that, it will not be open. There’s two convenience stores within 10 minutes distance however I’m not sure if they were 24/7."
"Nice hotel and good service. The hot springs are the best. Will come again’!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWorth for every JPY you've spent!! This is the best hotel for my trip. The location is just 30 sec. from the train station and bus stop, connected with the main street, and very close with the convenient store. The hotel style is so gorgeous, perfect combination between the traditional Japanese house and modern facilities. Completely clean and good smell since the front door. Peaceful, relax, and private. The Onsen are so nice and clean. And, yes! The food (both breakfast and dinner) are soooooo good!! I'm so happy with this hotel. Fulfill my trip with the good memories.
JJayyyyyyyy888The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. There are various private hot springs available for guests. Overall, it’s a great experience.
GGuest UserGreat location in the city, surrounded by many good food spots and public transportation. Modern hotel, beautiful interiors and experience. Very welcoming front desk setting and dining area. Super clean and beautiful place. Helpful and professional front desk team. Great view of the city from our rooms, rooftop pool/sauna/onsen. Spacious rooms with huge windows for unobstructed views. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, probably because it’s very new. I was extremely satisfied with all the facilities in my room. The space was great, and having a kitchen and a washing machine was a huge plus. There’s also a rooftop onsen available for guests, which I really enjoyed. I absolutely loved the free welcome drinks at the entrance I honestly wish I could take the machine home! Overall, the stay was very comfortable. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to improve the privacy of the onsen slightly, as it’s still possible to see inside from the entrance, which may cause some privacy concerns.
MMyra RegnerAmazing service by Yoshi san of Dining, Amy of Front Desk. The hotel is small with limited facilities but they try their best to create activities with guest engagements such as morning exercise, sake drinking for free, onsen water lab education, music entertainment and some games for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended.
GGuest Userwalkable to station, provide washing machine and dryer at 300 jpy, private onsen just 500 jpy, got large common area, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean, and given the price i paid, very satisfied
