While not cheap, the quality of the room, half-board dining, and hotel facilities met expectations for the price. The dinner quality was excellent, and we were served by staff who spoke Chinese, so the meal explanations were very detailed. For breakfast, we had to take a golf cart to a sister hotel next door, which was a minor inconvenience, but the food quality was still good. The only area for improvement was the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service. Unlike traditional onsen hotels, the staff didn't help us with our luggage to the car or put it in the trunk, nor did they help clean our car's rearview mirrors (I'm not sure why, but after spending a night in the outdoor parking lot, the rearview mirrors were quite dirty).
