Excellent for every aspect ! From the warm and attentive staff to the beautiful architecture, luxurious room, private onsen, and breathtaking views, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with thoughtful amenities. We especially loved the private onsen, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay truly memorable. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Definitely one of the highlights of our Japan trip! Highly recommended, and we would love to return! ❤️

Incredible architecture and interior design throughout the entire hotel with many art pieces. Overlooks Beppu Bay and has very convenient and friendly staff. Would highly recommend as a nice stay.

The food is good, but very smelly inside the room because of the hot spring water.

room is generally clean and spacious but had high expectations, the condition of certain things may have fell short, bathroom and onsen feels a bit old. power tripped few times on the first night and staff had to come check.

The room was very spacious and the hotel's design was beautiful, especially the private onsen – it was amazing! We drove there and parking was very convenient. It's about a 20-minute drive from Yufuin, so we could explore and then come back to relax before heading out for dinner nearby. It was a very laid-back and enjoyable stay!

The stay was decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the general experience was okay, the room cleanliness wasn't up to par—specifically, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cups and the bathroom. Additionally, the door leading from the balcony to the hot spring room couldn't be securely locked, which was a bit concerning. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a much better place to stay.

My girl enjoyed the onsen tub and the view was impeccable. Room was definitely spacious for family of 3.. location is up the hill so you will need to drive but is definitely worth the drive
