Pros: "I booked a room with a stone bathtub, but in the end, I didn't use it because I went to the communal onsen instead, which was absolutely wonderful. I also really liked the drinking water dispenser provided in the room, allowing me to get refills throughout the day. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service." Cons: "The only area I would like to suggest for improvement is the breakfast. There was no coffee served, and I didn't quite understand why guests need to pay extra just to have coffee. I believe it would be much better if you could at least provide basic black coffee for your guests."

Be aware of the difference between photos and reality. Some elderly reception staffs are not professional. Trip agents and young staff are helpful, but some senior staffs are in a bad service attitude. The communication is not clear, and made us feel uncomfortable. They didn't even tell us the detailed time of the breakfast. We didn't know we need to give back the key as long as we leave the building, until we saw others doing so, which is confusing. It's clean and we appreciate it. The bathroom is better than the bedroom. Rooftop Onsen worth-trying.

The hotel is big and clean, the staff is very very polite and friendly. Which provide very good service, the view of the room is amazing

Facilities: It has everything you'd expect, but the bathtub in the room was a bit scary... please, no more red! Cleanliness: The in-room bathtub didn't look particularly clean... the main public bath was alright. Service: Not bad. Overall, it's decent for the price.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Beppu Station. It was raining on the day we arrived, so we took a taxi which cost around 50 HKD. We had a fantastic sea-view room. Although the facilities were a bit old, they were very well maintained. The breakfast was abundant and also served in a restaurant with an amazing sea view. A truly great experience.

Had a clean and efficient service experience. Don’t miss the chance to visit the onsen during sunrise and sunset—the simply breathtaking scenery enhances my relaxation. Although the layout of the room is rather inconvenient, it's generally clean but a little aged. Best recommend to take the seaview for sunrise or sunset from your bathroom .

This hotel is amazing - the staff are friendly, the room is big and the view is beautiful. They also provide shuttle bus service which is really helpful. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so I didn’t have a chance to see the sunrise in the room. I might come back and try the private onsen next time!
