Beppu Onsen Hotel Sansenkaku

The room was spacious, the TV was large, and the food was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has its own parking lot. I stayed for two consecutive nights. The bathtub was huge and very comfortable, very comfortable, very comfortable, very comfortable.

The room was quite spacious, and the price was reasonable. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop right downstairs and JR station within a 10-minute walk!

I booked three rooms under one reservation, but they assigned us to the most undesirable spots – right by the elevator and at opposite ends of the hallway. I asked to switch, but they wanted to charge me to change floors, claiming they were fully booked (even though the app showed availability). This was quite unaccommodating.

Great location right by the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby and Don Quijote directly across the street. The breakfast is purely Japanese style, so those who prefer Western options might not enjoy it as much.

The room was spacious, and the toilet and bath were separate. The lobby and other common areas had a retro interior design, even though they were new, which my foreign friends absolutely loved.

As previous reviews mentioned, the room was indeed spacious. The hotel's hot spring spans two floors, with separate times for men and women. The day we arrived, the top-floor bath was designated for women. Yukata and toiletries can be conveniently picked up in the lobby on the first floor. There's a thoughtful basket in the room for carrying towels and other items to the hot spring area. The most impressive part was breakfast on the second day. After grabbing convenience store breakfasts for the past few days, I finally experienced a Japanese-style buffet breakfast at SanSenKaku.
