Execellence stay! The hotel location is great. We can easily go to UDJ and namba. The hotel is connected to JR and subway station. Hotel staffs are very nice.You can leave your baggages at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Hotel facilities are also good.My kids used bathtub every nights.

Really good! It's very close to Nishikujo Station, but there's no noticeable noise in the room. The room is clean and has a keyless entry. It's well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, and microwave. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at welina east hotel. Very convenient location, metro is super close, very beautiful neighborhood with a lot of family owned restaurants. Clean room, AC is working, internet is good, I liked the pillow- didn’t have any neck pain while sleeping, bathroom is clean, they offer clean towels every day which I liked very much. Thank you, you made my stay pleasant 🤗

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Self check in process is easy. Room has small window with view. All furniture and beddings are from ikea. The room is clean. Strong wifi.

Very nice hotel.. located near train station and great value

Very value for money and near to USJ by train. A bit of a walk ~8-10mins to the train station, so if u have lots of heavy luggage u might struggle a bit (there’s a not short bridge to cross that’s a slight upslope.) But v near life supermarket which is fantastic. And I like that they provide all necessities - soap shampoo conditioner body moisturiser toothbrush towels. Etc etc. Rooms could be a lil cleaner tho I thought, and blankets could smell a little fresher. Overall, a great choice if u r just gg to USJ.

Amazing stay! Very helpful and considerate staff. Loved the free drink available from 1700-2000. The hot springs are amazing!
