The OneFive Osaka Namba Dotonbori

The location is very convenient, close to the station and only a short walk to Dotonbori. However, the soundproofing is not the best, as I could easily hear people talking from outside the room. There is also no official luggage storage service, but they do provide a room where guests can leave their luggage at their own risk. Although the official check-in time is 3 PM, they kindly allowed early check-in when the room was available, which was a really nice touch.

If you’re the type of traveler who’s always looking to explore, this might be your best place to stay. The good thing about OneFive hotel is that it’s near the Glico sign, Dotonbori street foods, and shopping areas. Also, outside the hotel, there are lots of bars, so I’d recommend wearing a face mask when you go out at night because there are many smokers in the area. It’s also really crowded at night due to the shopping areas like Mega Don Quijote

Location: About 1.5km walk from the nearest train station exit, which may be challenging with luggage. Fine for backpackers. The hotel is centrally located near Dotonbori, close to the night market and not far from the Glico sign. Cleanliness: Very clean. No issues. Water heater works well, especially during winter. Service: Staff are helpful and can speak both English and Japanese. Facilities: Decent and suitable for solo travellers. Quiet at night with minimal noise. Water dispenser and laundry are available. Overall: Slightly far from the train station but well located for exploring Dotonbori, night markets, and nearby malls. Rooms are a bit small, so for two people, a larger room is recommended.

Great hotel that is close to everything! 5 min walk to running man sign, lots of restaurants and shops close by. 7/11 right next door also which comes in very handy! Rooms are small but all are in Japan. Staff accommodating to needs (provided an iron when needed)

The hotel is located near the heart of Dotonbori, close to Don Donki, and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and Namba. There is a 7-Eleven right outside, as well as a tax-free drugstore, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, but it is at your own risk. I hope next time they will take better care of the luggage, similar to other nearby hotels. Our water closet bidet was not working properly during our stay. The Super Twin Room was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, we hope the pillows can be a bit fluffier, as they were quite flat. It would also be better if there were two pillows provided per bed for added comfort

Hotel is very accessible, good location though there are a lot of pubs around the area but basically its a safe place. There is a 7-11 at the same building. Walking distance to Namba / Nippombashi Station / Shinsaibashi station. Typical size of room in JP. Amenities are on the ground floor but it is quite limited to basic, no free coffee or tea. Value for money, a block away from Donki.
