"They could not do enough. Really lovely 2 men that helped me on my 3 night visit. Room 3 was bad very noisy with train, they moved me and was so pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Helped with my luggage after my surgery and so kind. Would definitely recommend but there are no lifts. So do ask for lower floors if cannot manage many stairs. All staff friendly, very helpful and just lovely"

"The hotel is very nicely situated, close to 3 stations. The room was spacious and comfy. The only minus was that i found a curly hair in the kettle, but we don’t use hotel kettles so it’s fine."

"Excellent reception team, very friendly and welcoming. Received a room upgrade upon arrival and a free bottle of Prosecco! Very comfortable bed and spacious room, with a very modern and sleek design. Great location with easily accessible shops and public transport nearby. Cleanliness was spot on, and the free provided breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Definitely will be looking to stay if ever in London again."

"Strategic location, near train station, walkable distance. Many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of tourists checking in, staff were polite and efficient. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Room was standard for a 3 star, no complaints. Excellent hotel for price."
