It was a truly wonderful experience, and if I ever go back to Qingdao, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The price is very reasonable and absolutely fair for the quality of service they provide. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had a stunning seaside view. It was much larger than expected. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Western options and traditional Chinese dishes. The breakfast restaurant itself is also very beautiful and pleasant. The hotel also has a 24-hour restaurant where you can order at any time, and the room service is impeccable. I ordered a burger, which was large, delicious, and very well priced—only 68 RMB for such a generous portion. The food was delivered within 20 minutes. I also tried their minestrone soup, which was excellent. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the beauty of the hotel, and the overall experience. Every time I visit Qingdao, I am sure this will be my hotel of choice.

It's a serviced apartment with a large room that's generally quite clean. I particularly liked the design of having a small table in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, where you can quietly enjoy the sea view. Unfortunately, it was a smoggy day when I went, so the sea view wasn't great. I would consider booking here again if I had the chance.

I woke up to this beautiful sunrise, had an excellent western breakfast with beautiful views. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. My only regret was that I didn't take a hair cap for the pool. I was able to buy one but I opted not to. I still used the sauna and steam room. I'll definitely give this hotel 5+ stars and I've already recommended this hotel to my friends. Thank you 🌹

SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

The room was clean and odor-free, and the Serta mattress offered the perfect balance of softness and firmness for an excellent sleep. The convenient transportation and free parking make it my top choice for business travel; I'll definitely stay here again! 💯 The Peter Thomas Roth toiletries felt premium. The breakfast had a wide variety, was replenished promptly, and the service was thoughtful without being intrusive – a truly fantastic experience!

Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

KKelvinTraveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

The service was excellent; even though we arrived in the early hours, check-in was super quick. The price was good, and it's right in the city center, just across the street from May Fourth Square. Plus, it's very convenient for both subway and bus. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Satisfied!

The room was clean, the facilities were a little old, the air conditioner was not very user-friendly, the room staff would take the initiative to greet us when they saw us, it was not too far from the sea and it was acceptable, there was a yard for parking

GGuest UserTook the metro to the airport and look out for the lift. Take it to Level 2 and look out for signage leading to VIP Building. Follow the arrows (on the ground) and it will lead you to Aerotel Hotel. It's in the same direction as Grand Baroney and Baroney Hotel. The walk is about 10-15mins. Once you reach the lift lobby of Aerotel Hotel, take another lift to Level 3 for check in. The room is small but manageable. Amenities are enough for a night's rest. Bed is comfortable and toilet is huge. It's a good choice to choose this hotel if you have an early morning flight.

GGuest UserThe room's location is pretty good, quite close to Licang District center, Wanda Plaza, and Licun Night Market, and transportation is also very convenient. The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.
