Checked in at 8:30 PM and went out, only to find the bathroom filthy when I got back in the early hours. I tolerated that, but what I couldn't stand was waking up to find half of the toiletries were empty boxes. What's the point of that? If you don't want to provide them, then don't, but giving empty ones is just annoying. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had in a star-rated hotel. They couldn't even manage the most basic hygiene and service. The air conditioning's hot air function was very noisy. If you prefer quiet, better look for a room with floor heating.

The front desk service was excellent, a big shout-out to Leona! The room arrangement was fantastic, and all services were prompt and responsive. Plus, you can see the light show and the sea view, and the location is superb. There's dedicated parking which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be back again. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near May Fourth Square. Being on a high floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning sea views and a perfect vantage point for the light show.
