The room is opposite the women's toilet. The toilet is not hygienic. You have to hold your breath when you go out. The corridor feels like it has not been maintained for many years. The room is not ventilated and the windows have never been opened. It is unattended. The only thing worth visiting is the natural location. Just across the road is the sea. The scenery is good. There are barbecue stalls nearby and the taste is good. Don't worry about parking.

The facilities in this place are indeed a bit old. The door cannot be opened after swiping the card many times and I have to pull hard. The table is full of pits left by time. Reason for giving five stars: It's quite clean. It's mainly clean when you go out to live. The price/performance ratio is pretty good. Other hotels in Qingdao close to the seaside in summer often cost thousands. The price is very good. You can go to the beach just by leaving the hotel in your swimsuit. There is no need to go to Shilaoren, there are too many people there. There are very few people on the beach in front of the hotel. When retreating, there will be a pit next to the stone where you can catch small fish and crabs, which is more fun for children.

Facilities: The room is complete with everything you need, and it is very cozy. Because we went in April, it is easy to rain, so there are umbrellas in the room, which can cover the rain and the sun! There is a tennis court in the yard, you can take a car when you go out, and you can walk to Old Man Shi in about five or six minutes, where you can watch the sunrise. There is a place to eat in the yard, you can eat seafood! It seems that there is also Korean food (Korean food is not very sure). Service: The lady at the front desk is really super gentle! ! ! Because we were going to catch the high-speed train, the young lady asked us if we had other things to do and left so early. By the way, a small gift was given when we checked in! 春節期間2月16日-19日就住在這家店，前台沒有服務員，每次都要打電話服務員才會從屋裡出來；入住後第二天我們向前台服務員反應了三遍都沒人給打掃房間衞生，晚上9點回到酒店，還是沒有打掃衞生，是我們向他們要的酒店提供的礦泉水、毛巾、浴巾，並讓他們更換了垃圾袋，因為太晚了，我們又累了，就沒有讓他們打掃衞生；酒店介紹是有暖氣，到了酒店才告訴我們暖氣每天晚上才開，早晨就關了，晚上的暖氣還是温的，還要開空調，並且還要再壓上一個毛毯才暖和，還有空調的室外機還特別響，都影響我們睡覺了！下面是我們晚上回到酒店時看到的部分現場的照片。

整體設施比較老舊，電梯不通風，熱 陽台可以看見大海，但由於空調室外機也在陽台，體驗感不好 位置不錯，就在比較難看的城市設計館對面，左邊是石長者海水浴場，右側的雕塑公園環境不錯，有不少露營⛺️
