GGuest UserCheck-in was super fast, and the bathroom was spotless with no odd smells. The whole place felt bright and quiet, with nice greenery adding to the comfort. There were even charging ports and newspapers in the lobby. The service really deserves praise – everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, was polite and always ready to help. It made my stay really enjoyable. Plus, I left my charger in the room, and the front desk quickly helped me get it mailed back. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

GGuest UserReally enjoy our stay in the hotel, the room size is not too big, but just nice to open up 2 suitcase and still got spacious walking space. Toilet and bathroom abit small. The free laundry service is really good, and its smart service that you can check availability from hotel room's tv. The AI helper is quite useful too, just need to give short simple accurate pronunciation instructions.
The hotel staff are helpful especially the girl call jingwen, always being friendly and calm to solving issues, can speak fluent English.
The only downside for me is, there is no bidet for the toilet maybe because of different culture.
Overall is a good stay, I'm definitely will recommend friends and family to stay there.
The famous dimsum restaurant just beside the hotel.
Worth trying it!!!
Nanyue museum is just beside the hotel too, walking distance to Beijing road in like 5mins plus.

Ppenny cheahWe wanted to experience staying amongst the clouds. At 103rd floor of the Rosewood Hotel Guangzhou, it was amazing. The view is wonderful, overlooking the pearl river and the city. The service is excellent from checkin to dining. The room is spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was lovely, large spread and delicious food. Most amazing is the fish maw in roast goose dish from Lingnan House at Rosewood. Truly delicious! A memorable stay at Rosewood Guangzhou.

GGuest UserThis was my second time visiting Sihai City specifically for the Dinosaur Park, and this time I chose Xana. I was even more satisfied than last time. The location is incredibly convenient; there's an entrance to the Dinosaur Park within 100 meters of the building, which is fantastic! 👍🏻 The room was fairly clean, and although a washing machine was provided, I didn't use it. Staying on a higher floor was quieter, but the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking outside. Luckily, the neighbors were relatively quiet. The service was excellent. I didn't expect them to clean the room after two nights, but when I returned in the evening after going out at noon, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean. The air conditioning was powerful! 👍🏻 And the price was reasonable. I'll definitely choose Xana again next time I'm at Sihai City.

Abby at check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were all gentle and polite, patiently and meticulously answering all my questions without any tedious waiting. The service was thoughtful and thorough.
The room's cleanliness was impeccable. It was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was soft and dry. The bathroom area was clean and odor-free, and all the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, making them convenient to use. The lighting and layout design were well-thought-out, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
The surrounding environment was quiet and serene, far from the hustle and bustle, allowing for an incredibly peaceful night's sleep until morning. Getting around was also very convenient, with plenty of options for shopping and dining nearby. The location is truly excellent.
From the detailed service to the hardware facilities, everything showed great care. The value for money was outstanding, and my entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, without any unpleasant experiences. It's perfect for both short trips and business travel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation.

Staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile (shout out to Mr. Lee). Room is well furnished, spacious, clean and tidy. We’ll definitely come back here.

RRia AFGThis place was perfect. Very spacious, with a beautiful view and a great location. It was also very close to an Afghan restaurant, which was really nice. There’s also a big shopping mall right next to the hotel.
The only issue was that I don’t think the hotel was very clean, as there was dust in a lot of places. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

AAnonymous UserI was extremely satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel, it definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's very close to Pazhou, near Keyun Road metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In the evenings, you can even take a walk along the Pearl River to enjoy the river views. The room decor is tasteful and elegant, with a modern minimalist style that still feels cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough, ensuring a neat and clean environment. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the chef enthusiastically recommended dishes, which showed great care. The heated pool wasn't crowded, making for a very comfortable night swim. The hotel's location, room facilities, and hygiene standards all exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at the East Stanton Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

AAnonymous UserThere was renovation work going on in a building right next to the hotel, and I was given a room right beside where the work was taking place. This situation was not mentioned to me by the reception. However, after a long journey, I had chosen to stay here to rest.
The breakfast was good, the cleanliness was good, and the room was spacious and nice. For its price, it is actually a very good hotel.
My only misfortune was that there was renovation work right next to the hotel, and the room I was given was located right beside this work.
