"Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming."

"I have been to Kunming many times and stayed in different hotels. But harmony hotel gave me a good experience. They have an Intelligent system that can help me to do something like adjusting the air conditioner and opening or closing the curtains when I'm busy. The most important reason why I chose this hotel is that it is very close to the night market, which makes it convenient for me. I'm very happy to be able to stay in such a nice hotel at such a low price."

"We stayed for 2 nights. From checked-in to the room, everything was smooth and good. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at the 12th floor, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect and very vibrant in the evenings with lots of street foods serving local dishes. Getting in and out from the hotel is also convenient. The breakfast served was adequate for us, mainly serving local breakfast type of dishes."

"It's an awesome hotel in Guandu District. We especially love the room and huge balcony (Garden Courtyard Double Bed Room (Smart Control + King Koil Mattress) 38-42m². It would be even better if it's not facing another block. We can play and listen to music simply by asking ”xiao du, xiao du” and getting her to switch on and off the lights etc.. The bed and pillows are comfortable. From the hotel to places of interest by Didi, it usually costs between CNY 15 to CNY 45 per way. Hence, it's pretty convenient. Breakfast is between 7am to 10am and there's free afternoon tea between 1pm to 2.30pm. Highly recommend this hotel. ✨✨✨✨✨👍"

"the room was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean!! love everything about this hotel and has really lovely furniture too!! bed was spotless and white, pillow was heavenly comfortable!! hot water works perfectly and the staff was especially kind to receive our delivery ! thank you so much!☺️🩷 tw minus point would be that the hotel didn’t provide toilet papers so the entire bathroom can become very warm after a shower or how the walls are especially thin so you could practically hear all the conversation your neighbours are having🥺"
