Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful, thanks to the top-notch service and warm hospitality.
Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was peaceful.
The room was clean, but what truly stood out were the thoughtful extras from the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond—providing a foot bath, silk pillowcase, and even tidy up my toiletries. They were incredibly observant, noticing we had finished all the bottled water and gave extra without us asking! They even cleaned the dust off our luggage, such attention to detail!
This level of care and dedication made our stay truly special. Kudos to the amazing team, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Kunming! The room was clean, comfy and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members took good care of us. What touched me most was that they even prepared a foot bath with herbs for us when we returned to the hotel without asking. On my departure, they also get me a nice little gift.
The amenities and facilities are also superb. Travellers can literally come with just clothing, and they have everything else for you upon request! (Even a makeup kit!!)
The fact that they have cultural activities (tea testing, hanfu, calligraphy) is really impressive! I wish I could have more time to stay here.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staffs and activities. You will never get hungry staying here with complementary afternoon tea and night soup. The breakfast also has very delicious crossing bridge noodles. One of Kunming must try menu. Will definitely come back here again.

Lovely romantic room with beautiful rose decoration on the bed. The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding serving delicious authentic local fare. My daughter and I stayed here.

Hotel is clean and spacious. They are super friendly and service is good. As this is our first trip to Yunnan, we had a lot of questions prior our arrival in Kunming, they patiently answered all our questions. Would highly recommend to stay here for your trip

小丽。和磊。和一were super helpful in assisting us all throughout our stays- they helped us in all our queries and resolved our personal issues, recommended where to dine local food since it was our first time in Kuming. Being a small but awesome team, they have made our stay so memorable that we have decided to cancel our other hotel stay and rebook our last leg enroute home with them again in 6 days time!
PS..we love the ornament plants in lobby and courtyard!
