"Very satisfied with the stay. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff. Room was clean and good standards. Gym is huge. Buffet breakfast was a spread. Location is closed to popular places, it's 10mins at most to all the places we went."

"There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled. However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room. There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed. Hotel breakfast is not nice. Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location."

"We were upgraded on our recent trip to Batam. i Hotel has two locations.. at Nagoya Hill (where we stayed) and Baloi. The Nagoya property is conveniently located just next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. There's a side gate, which is locked and accessible by room key card, to and from the Shopping Centre. This makes it very accessible and provide extra security other than walking along the street. Access to the hotel via vehicle will be inspected at the main gate before the security personnel opens the gate. Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. Since we were there for only 2-nights we didn't need room cleaning. In the early afternoon of the second day I received a message that my room has the No Disturb light on and just wanted to confirmed if we need room makeup. Such thoughtful service! The breakfast buffet carries a wide spread. I would suggest taking up on their breakfast before heading out for the day. They have 2 coffee machines that makes about 15 different beverages. Just a caution that they lean towards to sweeter side. At the buffet there's also an egg counter that will make your eggs be it omelette, over easy or soft boiled. Going for meals and shopping malls are convenient. Besides Nagoya Hill which you can easily walk to, other malls like the the Grand Batam Mall and food courts like A2 and Nagoya Food Court are easily accessible by Grab. Cost is around IDR21,600.00. From Batam Ferry Terminal to the hotel cost about IDR37,000.00."

"Amazing stay at such an affordable price! Room was clean and staff were very friendly and responsiv. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Location is amazing. Many good cafes and restaurants around. Convenience stores, Itsumo tart, soi by nick, batam city sq mall, si fang yuan dim sum are all in a 1-6 min walking radius. 4 of us stayed in the family room, which has a bunk bed that can fit up to 4 pax and also a master bedroom (another 2 pax). Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels and hair dryer provided. Wifi available. Lots of space to hang items up. Please bring cash for the deposit of 500,000rp."

"Overall, really really satisfied with this place! Booked this hotel with my family of 4. Firstly, the room we book is definitely big enough of all of us :) To be able to have dinner on a table, and having 2 toilets, is really great! SUPER big shoutout to the hotel breakfast - it is one of the best I've ever seen. Absolutely huge, and have probably everything you may expect of a southeast asian breakfast :) Regarding location, yes there are not a lot of things you can do within walking distance, but there is a small mini mart just 3 minutes walk away if you want to grab some snacks or drinks. They also provide shuttle bus service to some selected malls - which is great! We did use this service to Grand Batam Mall :) You will have to inform the concierge beforehand just so they can make sure the mini bus will have enough seats for everyone. However, a slight disappointment happened after - after we arrived at Grand Batam Mall, the driver asked if we would like a ride back later (which is so kind of him), I told him I'm not so sure yet - if I'll need one, I'll send a Whatsapp to their front desk. 30 minutes before I decided to book the mini bus back, I sent a Whatsapp which no one replied, so ended up booking a gojek back to the hotel 30 minutes later. Which makes me wonder if what was the point of the hotel having a Whatsapp haha! It would have been nice if someone replied, even if rejecting me for last minute booking, which I am totally fine with :) Nonetheless, thats the only small point I think the hotel can improve on. The rest of the staff are SOOOO friendly!!! The facilities in the hotel (gym, pool, restaurants) are also clean, looks new, and high end as these are shared facilities with the neighbouring Wyndham Panbil (5 stars). I will 100% recommend everyone to come here, and I would love to return again some day ^^"

"Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again."

"Thank you to the hotel for the wonderful 10th-anniversary setup! It was so thoughtful! The complimentary chocolate cake was absolutely delicious 🤤. This hotel is really great for families with babies 👍. There's a children's playground downstairs, and various forest animal decorations are integrated throughout the hotel environment. The hotel's breakfast buffet and dinner both offer excellent food quality and a wide selection! We happened to be there during Hari Raya, and they even sent cake to our room – how lovely! Plus, there's a Starbucks right downstairs!"

"water leaking very badly at master bedroom ceiling. Called reception to check for upper unit , but sent house keeper to room instead. Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking. Cockroaches seen on the dining table, toilet bowl , toilets floors, shelfs"
