"Checking was a breeze. Front desk is friendly. International breakfast buffet is good with good varieties. Location of hotel is near to nagoya hill and thamrin. As it is centrally located, taking grab to various destination is really easy.. There isn't anything bad comment on hotel. Will definitely be one of my top choice if I do visit again!"

"Very good location with BCS mall, Grand Batam Mall the wet market and many eateries within 10 min walkable distance. Rooms are big and well equipped with good design for practical usage. Very good service - discovered problem with toilet door during daily make up of room and immediately initiated change of room."

"It is a refurbished grand hotel with friendly helpful staff and warm welcoming atmosphere.. For a shower means you have to step into the bath tub which is not conducive for those with joints issues. The mattress and pillows are really great for weary muscles. The breakfast buffet spread esp.the fruit juices local dishes,, hot station n fried noodles are the must haves. Hats off to Chef Pak GorengGoreng! He deserves a raise!🫡"

"The hotel is great, probably considered a high-end establishment in the area. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and gave a detailed explanation during check-in. The room was large and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV had a clear picture. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices."

"Staff very helpful and nice. Restaurant staff so help me to keep it my breast milk at their freezer im so happy if not my milk will be expired and need to throw. I will repeat again and pacific will be my fav hotel at batam🫶🏻"

"Check in was quick and accommodated our request for a smoking room and late checkout. The suite was made up of 2 units, a bedroom and sitting room. It was clean with acceptable air con temp and water pressure. Comfortable bed and although it showed it's age, everything was working fine and for the price point it's totally acceptable. Very polite and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good especially the egg station. Perfect sunny side ups and omelette 😋. Gym was also ok, well equipped although felt a bit warm. Minor cons would be no hand towels provided. Just 2 bath towels and a floor towel. Also only 3 pillows instead of the usual 4 for a king sized bed. But not a big deal. Would consider a return stay if we're in batam again."
