"Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault."

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a very pleasant overall experience. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well-maintained and very clean, which did not affect our stay at all. The location is very convenient—just across the road from Karon Beach, within easy walking distance. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby along with many small food stalls, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. As we were traveling with family, the hotel offers an extra bed service (with additional charge), which was convenient for us. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. We had a wonderful trip, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area."

"The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"Pros: Good CP value, great location, short walkable distance to bar street & Patong beach. Coffee machine in room. Shower water flow is great. Quiet despite in the busy street. Cons: Heavy **** smell on whole floor (not too surprising given Patong area), cleaners are great but meaning they had to use super heavy refresher spray which was so overwhelming when you step into the room. Slippers in room needs extra charge."

"This resort is nestled on a quiet hillside near Karon Beach, offering a peaceful escape (about a 15-minute walk from Karon Circle, with a shuttle available hourly to Karon Beach). Built into the mountain, it boasts beautiful views. There are eight buildings, each four stories high, ensuring every room has a great view. While the hillside is steep, there's an elevator for convenience. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The water quality at the hotel is good, so there's no need for an additional filter shower head. Overall, it's a fantastic resort for families and couples! I'll definitely be back!"

"My wife and I stayed at Anona Beachfront Resort Patong from 30 October to 3 November 2025, and our experience was truly exceptional — not only because of the wonderful hotel, but because of the remarkable care shown by Ms. Peemai, the Resort Manager, along with the outstanding professionalism of the Patong Police. From day one, Ms. Peemai impressed us with her warmth, sincerity, and genuine concern for every guest. Unfortunately, on 1 November, we faced a very distressing situation. Around 8:50pm outside Jungceylon Mall, two foreign scammers approached us, spoke about scalp-care products, and lured us into a herbal shop they were working with. Inside the shop, surrounded by several people, we were pressured into buying herbal products worth 22,000 THB in cash. They even attempted to push another USD 2,500 worth of items before we realised we were being scammed. The next morning, we informed Ms. Peemai, who listened sincerely and immediately guided us on the correct steps — report to the Tourist Police first, and then proceed to the Patong Police Station. Her advice was precise and extremely helpful. The Patong Police handled our case with seriousness and full commitment. Even though we were leaving Phuket the next day, the officers assured us they would try their very best — and they truly did. That same evening at 8:30pm, five officers accompanied us back to the area. They waited discreetly until one of the scammers appeared. The moment he did, they acted swiftly, detained him, and brought us back to the shop to gather evidence — photos, videos, herbal items, licences, and documents. They also arrested two shop staff involved in the scam. At the station, the individuals confessed. Thanks to the officers’ dedication, we recovered 100% of our money — 22,000 THB. We were also informed that legal action will follow against both the scammers and the herbal shop. The next morning, when we thanked Ms. Peemai, she praised us for not giving up and for taking the matter seriously. She told us that by taking action, we helped protect other tourists from falling victim to the same scam — and that our efforts contribute to making Phuket safer for everyone. Her words meant a lot to us. She also reminded us, wisely: If strangers approach you on the street with unusual conversations, simply walk away and do not engage. Despite the unfortunate incident, the exceptional support from Ms. Peemai and the remarkable professionalism of the Patong Police completely changed our experience for the better. Their sincerity, commitment, and care truly stood out. We highly recommend Anona Beachfront Resort Patong. People like Ms. Peemai, and officers like the team who helped us, make Phuket a safer and more welcoming place for travellers"

"Poor value for money. For the price we paid, we could have found a much better place in Patong. The location here is incredibly inconvenient; you need a shuttle to get to the hotel. The shuttle service is very slow, sometimes you have to wait over half an hour. You need to budget an extra half an hour for travel, otherwise, you'll be rushing during peak times. I regret booking 4 consecutive nights at this price. As for the rooms, only the sea-view junior suite was decent; the others felt more like staff dorms with old facilities, and they didn't even provide slippers."

"I had such a great stay at The Kee Resort & Spa and would absolutely recommend it. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action near Bangla Road, steps from everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area is such a vibe, and overall the atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff were also lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the noise — you’ll sometimes hear people in the hallways late at night (we’re talking 4am energy 😅), and the street noise can be loud, especially during pool parties or busy nights. They do provide earplugs, which is thoughtful, but honestly they don’t completely block out the noise. That said, it really comes with the territory when you choose to stay right in the middle of Bangla Road. If you’re looking for total silence, this isn’t the spot — but if you want to be in the centre of everything, it’s perfect. Overall, we loved it and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Phuket!"
