There's a bus stop just a few steps outside, and plenty of convenience stores and local eateries nearby, so you don't have to go far for food or supplies. If you're driving, there's a paid parking lot close by, and it's a very short walk to the hotel after parking. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. They even proactively recommended local snack shops that locals frequent, giving clear directions. The room was exceptionally clean; no dust in corners or on surfaces. The bedding was neat, dry, odorless, and incredibly comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, allowing me to rest well quickly after a long day of travel. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, instant hot water, and stable water pressure. All toiletries were provided, and both the toilet and shower area were meticulously disinfected. The front desk even offered toilet seat covers, a thoughtful detail that really adds to peace of mind. The soundproofing in the room was decent; the street noise from traffic wasn't too bothersome, though this might depend on individual sleep quality, haha. The Wi-Fi speed was stable, perfect for working or streaming videos without any lag. Housekeeping was prompt; extra blankets were delivered within minutes when requested. While it might not have the flashy amenities of big brands, its strengths lie in cleanliness and reliability. They mention a self-service laundry room, but in reality, the staff actually handle the washing, drying, and folding – and it's free, which is a huge bonus! The place has a very personal touch, friendly pricing, and excellent value for money. I'm definitely choosing this hotel again on the 16th and truly recommend it to independent travelers without hesitation."

"This is absolutely the warmest hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by thoughtful care—we had pre-booked an airport pickup service, and when we got a little lost, the receptionist immediately came to meet us, helped with our luggage, and spoke to us in a gentle, kind voice, like we'd known each other for a long time. We stayed in the Vermilion Bird Room, which had a courtyard design, and we loved it. However, at 2 AM, we suddenly encountered a gecko outside the room, which terrified us, so we immediately called the owner. To our surprise, the owner answered instantly, didn't seem bothered at all, and came right over to catch the gecko. He even checked the room thoroughly before leaving—he was so patient! What's even more unexpected is that the owner offered us a free room upgrade the next day. The new room even had a sea view—the view was amazing! This thoughtful gesture was truly touching. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise: incredibly clean, the toiletries, towels, and hair dryers were clearly carefully selected, and the soundproofing was exceptional. During my one-night stay at Zhuque, with the room door closed, I couldn't hear any music or conversations coming from inside while I was showering. There was also no sound of the waves outside or inside the room; the hotel was quiet and undisturbed. The beach is just a short walk down the stairs – the location is amazing! It's also very close to all the charming shops in Tianya Town, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The best part is that electric scooters can be rented downstairs, making getting around incredibly easy. Throughout my stay, the receptionist was always happy to accommodate any requests, and the owner was exceptionally attentive. My stay felt like being at a friend's house – so comfortable and relaxing! I would definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Sanya!"
