It's truly a perfect choice for couples, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Sanya!"

"1. The room facilities are outdated; the waterproof strip on the bathroom door fell off multiple times. 2. Mold was growing in the corners of the room. 3. The mahjong room and the barbecue area were closed, but we weren't informed. The three-day-two-night itinerary provided by the hotel also didn't include updated information. We arrived at the mahjong room only to find it closed, with no notice at the entrance and no staff around. After searching for a while, we were finally told it was closed for maintenance. On the day of checkout, the manager called to ask for feedback, which was a nice touch – at least they showed good attitude. We stayed in the Phoenix Pool Triple Villa, sharing a pool with another family. The view was still great, but the breakfast wasn't as good as it was ten years ago."

"The location is right in my heart. Although cars are not allowed in the town, it is very convenient to travel here. The front desk lady is very nice, like a good friend I have never met. "This was by far the most satisfying hotel/guesthouse from our trip to Sanya! First, I have to praise the front desk lady. There were three of us girlfriends, each with a super large suitcase. From check-in to check-out, she insisted on pushing one suitcase in each hand, not wanting us to lift a finger. It was like she wished she had three hands to carry everything for us! 😂 I was also incredibly happy with the hotel's environment. Usually, rooms by the pool tend to be a bit damp, but the one we stayed in was super dry – absolutely no humidity whatsoever. Honestly, of all the pool hotels I've stayed at, this one was the driest! And let's talk about the breakfast. I usually don't wake up until 12 PM for work, but I stayed here for two days and woke up for breakfast both times. The rice noodles were really good, and with me not feeling well recently, the light flavor was perfect. Finally, everywhere here is super photogenic; you can get amazing shots just by snapping away. If you love taking photos, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back on my next Sanya trip!"

"Five-star review. Our butler, Xia Zhi, was fantastic! Huayi is always a high-quality choice for travel. This is my second stay at Huayi; the first was last Chinese New Year in Xiamen. I love its elegant, Chinese-style decor, from the tea sets and room design to the overall hotel layout. However, the service details need improvement to truly be considered high-end and elevate the brand's positioning. For instance, the complimentary travel photography service should be punctual (which wasn't entirely the case) and guarantee quality. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The best part was definitely the bathroom shower room. Unlike 90% of four-star hotels (I classify Marriott, Huayi, etc., as four-star, and most of them can't even get this right), this one was positioned on the balcony side, making it spacious and mold-free (most shower rooms are near the entrance with poor ventilation). It also connected to the balcony with a sliding door that could be securely locked. The balcony had a bathtub, which helped relieve pressure on shower space for families traveling with kids. The two sinks were also convenient for washing small clothes, and the thoughtful addition of a drying rack on the balcony was much appreciated. "This hotel apartment in Sanya exceeded my expectations; we stayed for five nights, and having a rented car made getting around super convenient. Just a heads-up, parking at the hotel costs 30 yuan per day. It saved us the hassle of switching accommodations daily. The butler team was incredibly warm and responsible. They contacted us even before our arrival with detailed hotel location info and explained the room facilities thoroughly, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, in the same area as Atlantis. From Phoenix Airport, after picking up our rental car at Parking Lot 2, it was about a 40-minute drive to the hotel. We arrived around 1 PM and drove straight to the nearby Nanhai Guanyin scenic area. After exploring, we headed to Wanghao Supermarket on the B1 level of Jiyang Joy City (free parking) to stock up on essentials like disposable cutlery, eggs, fruits, drinks, and bottled water. On our last day, we bought some local specialties there, and the supermarket staff even helped us pack them up. The Linwang area near the hotel is very close and has a commercial center with plenty of restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, and local specialties like Yes Xiaoji. Most of our food deliveries from the hotel came from this commercial center, delivered to the express locker on the first floor of Building 2 for self-pickup. For fresh seafood, the Linwang Farmers' Market, about a 10-15 minute drive and closing at 10 PM, is a great option. You can buy fresh seafood there, and some vendors will cook it for you for a processing fee of 15 yuan per dish. It's incredibly fresh and affordable. Wuzhizhou Island is also very close, less than a 20-minute drive from the hotel, and definitely worth a visit. The hotel is very close to the beach; just a few minutes' walk from the first floor along a tropical path will get you there. Remember to buy slippers at the supermarket beforehand. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom unit, and the living room sofa could be converted into a bed. The room had an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it perfect for families with elderly parents or children. If you don't want to make breakfast yourself, there's a buffet breakfast on the first floor of Building 3 for 65 yuan per person (children half price). We tried it for two days, and the experience was just okay. I'd recommend buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own breakfast for better hygiene and health. Atlantis is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance. The duty-free shop is very near, about a ten-minute drive. If you plan to shop, I highly recommend focusing on this international duty-free city; it's huge, spread across three zones and a second phase, with new arrivals daily. The Haitang Bay Duty-Free store near Sanya Eternal Love in the city center is also large, but I personally didn't find much there. The duty-free shops at T1/2 of the airport are worth a quick look, but don't expect too much. If your return flight is from T3, I advise against visiting the T1/2 duty-free shops, as it's a 20-minute walk one way. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel's butlers for their enthusiastic service!
