Sanya Junji Seaview Hotel

The front desk staff, particularly the lady who checked us in, the concierge, and our butler Turbo, were all excellent. The housekeeping staff were also superb. Our room was upgraded, it was very quiet – not noisy as some reviews mentioned, nor did it face any construction. The buffet was decent, not bad as some reviews claimed. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the beach; a shuttle service would have been a great addition, especially for kids who get tired after a few trips a day. A huge plus was the washing machines on every floor, which was incredibly convenient since we were in the water multiple times a day. The gym closes at 10 PM, I'd suggest making it 24-hour access.

I was very satisfied with the service, especially with our butler, Turbo, who was added upon check-in. His service was impeccable, available 24/7. Whether it was ordering takeout or receiving packages, all I had to do was send him a WeChat message, and he'd immediately arrange for a robot delivery. Since I was traveling with a child, I had a lot of requests, and the butler was always responsive, helping us solve many issues. Thumbs up! 👍🏻 Overall, the hotel was great. I had just booked it casually, planning to stay in the city for a couple of days and wander around, but it exceeded my expectations. If you're going to the beach to dig in the sand with kids, it's best to go after 5 PM because it's still a good ten-minute walk through the hotel property.

My stay at Junqi was fantastic! The front desk staff and concierge were all incredibly helpful, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage. Our butler, Mia, was also great; she handled all our requests and even helped with food deliveries. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning and perfect for photos. I'll definitely be back at Junqi!

The housekeeper, whose name is difficult to spell but sounds like Turbo💕, provided excellent service. The hotel is close to the diving pier, a bit far from Dadonghai Beach, but the walk along the coconut tree promenade offers nice scenery. We booked a family room, but it had absolutely no sea view. There are two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool on the third floor. Breakfast is highly recommended, with a good variety and delicious food. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a big plus. Five-star rating!

While the room wasn't particularly luxurious, it was quite new, which was a plus. The pool was fantastic, and the infinity pool offered stunning views. The buffet was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. The complimentary seafood buffet for dinner was very generous, and the salmon was also good.

The hotel's hygiene is great, and the service is excellent! The front desk was very responsive to any issues. Mia, the housekeeper, was also very quick to respond! It's convenient to get a taxi and find food nearby. The lifeguard at the pool even gave swimming tips to the kids! We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance next time.

Overall, the experience was pretty good, and the room felt new. Our butler, Mia, was incredibly responsive, even replying instantly to messages close to midnight. There were two minor issues. First, the room's soundproofing wasn't great. Around midnight, we could hear children next door very clearly. It didn't seem like the walls were thin; it was almost as if there was a connecting point to the next room. Secondly, we went for breakfast a bit late. Although it was supposed to be available until 11 AM, some items were already gone when we arrived just after 10 AM.

This is my second time in Sanya, and my second stay at Junji, and I'm still satisfied. The location is convenient; there's a lively bar street to the left downstairs, and I heard you can catch small sea creatures during low tide to the right, though I missed it this time due to the rain that followed. The room was still clean and satisfactory, without the dampness many beachfront hotels have. There's a drying rack on the balcony for clothes, and the room cleaning was good too. The furniture is simple; some might call it basic, but I appreciate it because I disinfect everything wherever I go, and it makes cleaning easier. The black furniture doesn't look cheap either. Breakfast is quite varied and extending until 11 am is fantastic, perfect for guests who like to sleep in. This time I couldn't get a 180° sea view room, so I chose a side sea view. The front desk was great and gave me the specific side I requested. There was a minor issue during check-in, but a call quickly brought staff to help, and the supervisory department even called later to follow up on the progress. Special thanks to concierge Mia for being so responsive and thoughtfully arranging everything. Still happy with my second stay at Junji, and I'll choose it again next time I'm in Sanya! Oh, and because of the continuous rain, my child missed the hotel pool again. We'll have to try it next time.
