🌟 Five-star review! The experience at Sanya Yalong Bay Hualuxe Resort exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant, with a strong new Chinese national style ambiance, and the facilities are very new. The Cloud Pool is super photogenic, and the kids' club offers a wide range of activities, making it perfect for family vacations with children. It's within walking distance to Yalong Bay Beach, which is very convenient for getting around. Special thanks to staff member Xia Zhi, who was thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay, responsive to our needs, and provided meticulous and patient service, greatly enhancing our experience. The breakfast selection was rich, and the Ju Ming Yi (舉茗邑) restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a very comfortable beach vacation. I would choose this place again next time I visit Yalong Bay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, we were very satisfied. The kids' activities were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our butler, Qiushi, was incredibly responsive and always on hand to help with anything we needed. We felt very well looked after. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Yalong Bay.

Five-star review. Our butler, Xia Zhi, was fantastic! Huayi is always a high-quality choice for travel. This is my second stay at Huayi; the first was last Chinese New Year in Xiamen. I love its elegant, Chinese-style decor, from the tea sets and room design to the overall hotel layout. However, the service details need improvement to truly be considered high-end and elevate the brand's positioning. For instance, the complimentary travel photography service should be punctual (which wasn't entirely the case) and guarantee quality. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The best part was definitely the bathroom shower room. Unlike 90% of four-star hotels (I classify Marriott, Huayi, etc., as four-star, and most of them can't even get this right), this one was positioned on the balcony side, making it spacious and mold-free (most shower rooms are near the entrance with poor ventilation). It also connected to the balcony with a sliding door that could be securely locked. The balcony had a bathtub, which helped relieve pressure on shower space for families traveling with kids. The two sinks were also convenient for washing small clothes, and the thoughtful addition of a drying rack on the balcony was much appreciated. The butler's follow-up service and prompt resolution of issues were particularly outstanding. Thank you, Huayi. Thank you, Xia Zhi.

Came to Sanya for my birthday, and my butler, Xia Zhi, had a birthday cake and decorations ready for me in advance. The cake wasn't overly sweet and had excellent cream. The dinner buffet was delicious, with salmon, fresh cold seafood, and crayfish. The complimentary photo shoot turned out beautifully too! My child had a wonderful time here. It's a shame the vacation was so short; I'd love to bring my family back to visit again if I get the chance. This vacation was truly enjoyable! Thanks to Butler Xia Zhi.

Traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The most impressive aspect was the butler service; our butler, Xia Zhi, was incredibly diligent and responsible. She promptly followed up and resolved any issues we had, communicating smoothly and patiently. The hotel also thoughtfully upgraded our room for free upon check-in, which was a very kind gesture. The hotel truly excels in catering to families with children. Kids' amenities are visible everywhere, and various fun activities are scheduled daily. Our two children eagerly looked forward to participating in the activities every day and were never bored. From the staff's service to the hardware facilities, you can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into making guests comfortable. The comfort level was top-notch, making for a very fulfilling vacation stay. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again on our next trip to Sanya.
