I have to give The Hualuxe Yalong Bay five stars! Even before check-in, the butler proactively reached out to us and prepared children's amenities and welcome fruits – every detail was thought of. The new Chinese-style decor, blended with Li ethnic elements, is stunning. The water feature in the lobby and the petal chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous for photos. Our room had a huge scenic balcony with panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and lake. The 'Cloud Pool,' kids' club, and pet interaction zone are perfect for families with children. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the fine, white sand beach. The breakfast at the Xian Yan All-Day Dining restaurant offers an incredibly wide selection, and they even have special cutlery for babies. The Cantonese cuisine at Cai Feng Lou is exquisite and delicious. They also offer a complimentary travel photography service, and the photographer was great at finding the best angles. The service throughout our stay was warm, efficient, and always responsive to our needs. It was a perfect Sanya vacation experience, highly recommended!

Great location, right by the sea. They offered a lot of complimentary items, and our butler, Qiushi, was very thoughtful.

The room facilities are quite good, and the water park is a highlight. However, there's currently some construction noise from across the street, which is a bit disruptive. The hotel restaurant's food is just average. On the bright side, the kids' play area is excellent!

The hotel is clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable, perfect for family trips. They offer many children's activities, and the breakfast selection is rich and varied. The Baohuagu commercial complex is very close by, and we even received a souvenir, which made the experience really great.

We stayed in a family tent room, which was very spacious. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Our baby absolutely loved the room's design, especially the well-equipped children's facilities like the kids' ladder, children's bathrobes, and a dedicated laundry sink. The balcony bathtub was also huge, big enough for the baby to swim in! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and some of the service staff were foreign. About half of the guests were Russian. The heated children's pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for fun. Our baby spent an hour there every day. They also provide buoyancy vests and towels. During our four-day stay, we received complimentary fruit and drinks daily. Even the housekeeping staff were very kind. The children's activities were fantastic! Every day there was face painting, Sichuan opera mask changing, and clown performances. The children's activity area is also very large. There's a ball pit on the second floor of the activity center, and a bigger outdoor playground on the first floor. The dinner buffet, however, was quite mediocre and not recommended. We would definitely choose Huayi (the hotel name) again next time.

The hotel is pretty good, and the rooms are clean with nice facilities. There were a lot of parent-child activities in the evening, and we even got to catch crabs, which was a huge plus! The only downside is there's construction next door, so it was a bit hard to sleep in late in the mornings. The staff even offered earplugs, which was really thoughtful. It's totally fine as long as you're not planning to sleep extremely late.
