"Stayed for two nights, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant was very responsive in controlling the TV, curtains, and lights; I could manage everything from bed with just a voice command. The room was quiet, and the windows provided excellent soundproofing, so I didn't hear any noise from the hallway or next door. The cleanliness was impeccable, the duvet smelled like it had been sun-dried, and the bath towels were fluffy. They provided complimentary snacks and drinks, so I didn't need to go out late at night when I was hungry. Freshly ground coffee was free in the lobby, which I grabbed before heading out in the afternoon. For checkout, I just told the front desk and they extended it until 3 PM, which was perfect for me to come back and pack after my morning client meeting. Breakfast was served until 1 PM, so there was no rush. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

The service throughout my stay was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough. The room was clean and comfortable, with all sorts of thoughtful little amenities provided. With such a convenient location and warm, attentive service, my overall stay was incredibly comfortable. It definitely offers great value for money, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang."

"In conclusion: I do not recommend staying here. Advantages: It's right next to Qianling Mountain Park and Qianling Alley. The location is excellent if you're visiting Qianling Mountain Park. Experience the local market in Qianling Alley, and try the tofu noodles. It's also convenient for buying souvenirs. Disadvantages: The facilities are very old; it's a hotel converted from an old building, and the layout and decor are illogical in many ways. 1. The bathroom has a forced glass partition separating the wet and dry areas, making the shower space cramped. 2. There are no clothes racks inside; you have to put on and take off your clothes outside. 3. The shower water takes 20 minutes to warm up after being turned on. After the first person uses the warm water, the water becomes scalding hot. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient; it's too hot to the left and too cold to the right. 4. The showerhead is broken and hasn't been replaced; the water flow is the same as a faucet. 5. There are two pipes outside the room window, which cause noise."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. However, when I first arrived, it was hard for me to find the hotel as it is in the mall, and I had to take the lift up to the hotel. The staff assisted during the process of looking for the hotel, and offered to switch from non-window room to window room, which I appreciated. While the room was mostly clean, there were actually a few strain of hairs on the bed, and black ink on the bedsheet, which I thought it couldn’t be cleaned off. The room is also spacious and there is a table that I could use to have my meal. Something that I have to say is that the smoke smell there was quite strong and I could even smell smoke when I was sleeping. I do acknowledge that I booked a room where smoking is permitted, but I didn’t expect that the smoke smell from other room will flow into my room. Occasionally, I will also hear loud KTV sound at night, but I think that’s not a major issue compared to the smoke smell. Overall, I think it is still good, apart from the strong smoke smell which I really dislike."

"The environment is really very good. The service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I arrived in the middle of the night and used the benefits to upgrade the room. I also received a breakfast coupon. The room is large and quiet, and the lighting is suitable for sleeping. After so many days in Guiyang, this hotel before leaving is really the most satisfactory. There are no regrets. The parking lot is free and the breakfast is very suitable for me! I will come again next time! I will definitely recommend it to friends who come to Guiyang! Whether it is the front desk or the customer service staff, they are all very good! ! !"

"The room was spacious and not cramped. The bed was soft and the projector worked fine. Cons: Not very ventilated (one side window was broken), a lot of damage, poor cleaning (there were hairs from the previous guest, and the sheets were the originals). The projector required SVG, which was a shame, but I don't blame the owner. The screen projection was stuck (it was completely pixelated), so I didn't use it."

The price was reasonable, and the location was relatively convenient, with many restaurants downstairs. Another major disappointment was that breakfast ended at 9:30 am without prior notice. When I asked a staff member for breakfast, they told me it was already closed. I was a bit speechless. It's a chain hotel, so it's better than some private guesthouses. However, it felt more about flashy presentation and small perks than the actual breakfast and bedding. This is a very objective assessment."
