Restaurants, shopping, and taxis are all readily available nearby, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. The first impression upon entering the hotel was one of comfort. The lobby was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design and a quiet, uncluttered environment. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions, offering exceptional gentleness and attentiveness, making you feel warm and welcome from the moment you stepped inside. The room experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout that prevented it from feeling cramped. The bedding was clean, soft, comfortable, and breathable, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out outside noise, resulting in a high-quality night's rest. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, surfaces, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. Toiletries were complete and clean, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. In addition, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a plentiful and stable supply of hot water at just the right temperature. The internet speed is smooth, ensuring uninterrupted streaming of TV and mobile devices. The housekeeping staff are also very attentive, diligently and responsibly cleaning and replenishing supplies promptly and completely. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. The service, environment, and cleanliness completely exceeded my expectations, making it a particularly comfortable stay! I've already added this hotel to my favorites and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here for 5 consecutive nights, and the beautiful surrounding scenery, combined with the excellent service from the staff, left an unforgettable impression on me during this short period. That's why I felt compelled to write a review, hoping to offer other travelers some genuine feedback and insights. Let's start with the surroundings. This area is nestled within the Shilihetan (Ten-Mile River Beach) Urban Wetland in Guiyang's Huaxi District. Xunmei Qixi Courtyard is specifically situated in Maiweng Bouyei Ancient Village, with the Huaxi River gracefully flowing right through the village. The natural scenery is absolutely stunning. Guests can immerse themselves in the local culture and customs, and also easily cross the river to the Huaxi urban area to sample a variety of local gourmet dishes. For families traveling with elderly relatives and children, this is the perfect place to comfortably spend several days without the need to visit other popular attractions. We ventured out for two days, and especially after experiencing the massive crowds near Jiaxiu Tower in the city center, returning to Xunmei Courtyard only heightened our appreciation for how wonderful it is here. Should you decide to explore beyond the courtyard, Qingyan Ancient Town is definitely worth a visit. Children, in particular, might find Yelang Valley and the Guizhou Geological Museum quite captivating. Now, about Xunmei B&B itself. I particularly enjoyed reading my own books at the large table in the ground-floor lobby. Bathed in the warm, orange light, facing the picturesque Shilihetan view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, whether it was day or night, rainy or sunny, every moment offered a distinct and captivating ambiance. To borrow a famous line, 'The ten-mile river beach sparkles like a mirror, dotted with flower gardens and patches of farmland.' I sincerely wish Xunmei Qixi B&B continued success and prosperity!

This was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

Our family stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The staff of the entire hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Rooms were very clean and neat. Our children enjoyed and loved the setup. Its location was very convenient: many convenient stores, restaurants and easy to get taxis. Laundry facilities were available free of charge.

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a peaceful night's rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. The hot water in the bathroom was stable, and the amenities were complete. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
