IIvy_Oh1. Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc.
2. Surrounded with many local food stalls
3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away
4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there
5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy
6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers
7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300
8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer

GGuest UserWe arrived in the afternoon from the city center, and couldn't figure out how to exit the subway station. After calling the front desk, they advised us that exit A2 was the easiest way. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which was more convenient than I expected. When we got there, it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendlier than I anticipated. During check-in, they kindly told us about the hotel's breakfast times. I hadn't considered breakfast when booking, but the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, offered a member-rate breakfast which was quite a good deal, much cheaper than buying it outright – big thumbs up for that! Haha. Plus, there's Guichu Sour Soup Beef right next to the hotel, so we just went there for dinner. The hotel room card gets you a 10% discount, though I felt a group purchase online was still a bit more cost-effective. Oh, and the hotel's airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance; it's not available 24/7. We booked our shuttle for the next day at the front desk when we checked in. It only took a few minutes to get to the airport, which was very convenient. This trip to Guizhou was a great experience; everyone here seems so warm and hospitable. I'd love to visit this city again if I get the chance!

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

DdlzqlyqThis hotel definitely isn't high-end, but personally, I found it incredibly convenient and great value for money. I ended up staying here three times due to my travel itinerary. The dining and facilities largely met my travel needs. The front desk staff proactively confirmed my booking based on my order and asked if I needed airport/station pick-up. I was offered tea upon check-in, and the directions for the requested drop-off were clear. They handled issues promptly. Among the staff, Jingjing and Xiao Han were particularly helpful and made me feel very well taken care of. The room service was excellent. On my first stay, March 23rd, I had trouble with the laundry machine that evening, and two staff members actively helped me operate it. My clothes had oil stains, and they even went to the restaurant to get some dish soap for me. On another occasion, I returned late from sightseeing, around 10 PM, to do laundry, but all the machines were in use. A young man working the night shift took my room number and offered to do it for me. The next morning, my clothes were already in a laundry bag, hung on my door. I extended my stay until the 10th, and the driver who took me to the station on that day actively helped with my luggage. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names and forgot to write a review for them. If possible, I hope management can look into this and give them some recognition. Thank you!

The facilities and decor have a lot of character and attention to detail. The staff, especially the ladies, were so lovely and the breakfast was good too! Very satisfied! The room view was truly amazing; I could see the street scene as soon as I opened the curtains, and it was especially beautiful when the city lights came on in the evening. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness was reassuring. Lisa provided incredibly thoughtful service, explaining all the facilities in detail during check-in and being readily available whenever I needed anything. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both local snacks and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, so I could try something different every day without repetition. The experience was truly outstanding. Rabby made the check-out process quick and efficient. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to Erqi Road Snack Street and Qingyun Market, with a shopping mall downstairs, making dining, drinking, and entertainment super convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is excellent, and the breakfast offers a rich selection with Guizhou specialties. The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and service responses were prompt. The swimming pool and gym facilities are well-equipped, making it a worry-free choice for traveling in Guiyang.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.
