After a long journey, I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport. The room had soft lighting and was meticulously clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. A special thanks to YOYO at the front desk for her warm hospitality and patient assistance. The overall hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the hot breakfast items were fresh, with local specialties offering an authentic taste. Located next to the airport, it's incredibly convenient for travel, so there's no need to worry too much about flight schedules. Finding such a reassuring haven during a busy trip far exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was the cheapest one we booked for our road trip, but it turned out to be the most surprisingly way higher than expected! First off, for less than 400 a night, they offer butler service. Before check-in, they proactively called and added us on WeChat, sent us the location, asked what pets we had, what we needed prepared in the room, and even checked in on our experience during our stay. Secondly, there's open-air parking right in front of the hotel, as well as an underground garage with charging stations. Plus, right next door are fast chargers for Li Auto, XPeng, and NIO. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Minsheng Road Food Street, Qingyun Market, and Jiaxiu Tower. You can get a Didi within 3 minutes, and it's only 10 yuan to the food street. What's more, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite when we checked in. We had two dogs with us, and they prepared some pet supplies for them and even gave us a Guizhou fridge magnet. The cleaning lady greeted us with a big smile, and when we drove out and forgot to register our license plate at the front desk, the security guard immediately lifted the barrier for us. When we returned, he even helped us back into our spot. Finally, and most importantly, even though it's a smoking and dog-friendly hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, with no smoke or strange odors, and it even had an air purifier. I'm writing such a long review purely because I truly feel this hotel embodies a customer-first approach, providing service from the guest's perspective. Every single staff member genuinely strives to do their best in their respective roles. Next time I'm in Guiyang, I will definitely stay here again!

In order to choose a place for the daughter who participated in the high school entrance examination, I booked the Intercity Hotel in Guiyang Baiyun. I am very satisfied with this hotel these days and must praise it! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the executive bed room has a wide panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, the room is clean and soundproof, and the daughter's high-quality sleep is guaranteed. What surprised me even more was their intelligent service. The takeaway was delivered directly to the door of the room by intelligent robots with the logo of ”Intercity Hotel Intercity Hotel”, which was fun and reduced personnel contact, very intimate. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and served for a long time (can be until 10:00 or 11:00), and the beef noodles are authentic. The hotel is located close to Exit B of Yunfeng Avenue Station of Metro Line 2 (about 3 minutes walk), making it easy to travel. What touched me most was the hotel's warm-hearted initiative for candidates for the high school entrance examination: the high school entrance examination car and the candidates' supper. The high school entrance examination is also a key moment in the child's life. This time, choosing to stay at the Intercity Hotel in Baiyun is a very correct decision! Thank you for using such a professional and humane ”test protection model” to escort the children. It is highly recommended to all parents who need to accompany the test. I wish the hotel business is booming, and I wish all candidates the title of the gold list!

I stayed at this property 9 years ago when my kids were still toddlers and one of them is a teenager now. The service of the hotel remains as tentative and warm as 9 years ago. We upgraded to one of their suite rooms and I think we will book a suite on our next trip. My kids enjoyed the pool and playing chess downstairs from the lobby. This was one of the highlights of their trip. My wife had a nice glass of wine at the regency club we missed the happy hour drinks and food as we went to HuangGuo Shu for a day trip and the second day we had dinner plans with our family. Harris checked us in and showed us our room knowing we were allergic to smoke. He was very attentive and checked on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. Will come back again soon hopefully.

The carpet was very soft, the room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service was also impeccable; I especially want to commend Xiao Jin at the front desk, who meticulously resolved any issues I encountered. Parking is also free, which I hadn't even thought of, but she proactively had me register my license plate to avoid paying. We checked in at midnight, and the front desk was still on duty and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. The common areas were also beautifully decorated, very clean, and sunny.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Just a short walk from the hotel is the super popular Qingyun Market. If you're craving some Siwawa, Liushou Grilled Fish, Laoguo, or even a bowl of refreshing fruit and tofu pudding to cool down after spicy food, it couldn't be more convenient. After a satisfying meal, taking a leisurely stroll back to the hotel just fills you with happiness. The hotel's log-style design is right up my alley; the room is spacious and bright, the king-size bed is incredibly soft, and the entire room is smart-enabled, so you can even just say ”Xiao Du” to close the curtains. To find such a comfortable and high-value hotel in this area, it definitely deserves a perfect score!

The security guard at this hotel is really nice. He not only greets you daily but also doesn't bother you too much. Moreover, we had a very early flight the next day, and when the security guard heard us coming downstairs (it was still dark), he immediately got our suitcases and sent us to the car. I was so touched. Needless to say, the room layout, environment and facilities are also very good, and you can see a very good view. The check-in experience alone is really good. But for the whole trip, the bar upstairs was really the only letdown... I've been to many bars and the drinks here are really not that good.

She went above and beyond, coordinating things even outside her direct responsibilities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lance is a very diligent and helpful young man! From the moment I got out of the car until my luggage was in the room, his assistance was thorough and thoughtful! I understand that hotels face high pressure during the summer, but my understanding of this brand's positioning is luxury (or at least, it should be, right?). The design of the paper cups is truly baffling. Coffee by the pool is not cheap at 48, and it's also served in a paper cup. I was told glass containers aren't allowed by the pool, and that response made me wonder how so many other hotels globally manage it. The linens were also quite disappointing; not just one or two, but many of the towels during our stay were dated 2016 😅 This isn't a complaint at all, but I hope management sees this feedback and values it! Still giving a full five stars, especially because many of the cleaning staff in the public areas actively greeted guests, which I thought was particularly wonderful and not easy to achieve! Great effort! The front desk staff were very polite, but for this brand, I think there's still room for improvement in their professional skills! Overall, everyone was fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

I think this place deserve 4++ stars at least. if you're looking for a low price homestay with a decent room and location, this place is for you. The one who owns the homestay is a super nice person, he was trying his best to fulfill our needs. This place is near to Shachong lu station exit A , which is just one station away from guiyang railway station , super easy access to foods and tourist attractions. For this price, I don't have anything to complain really, worth the price ! There's a small bbq cafe opened by the boss one the 5th floor, the environment is quite nice, especially the lemon drinks made by the boss, super refreshing !

This newly opened hotel near the fountain was great for me. I stayed three nights and overall had a good experience. The location is in the heart of Guiyang's old city, making subway access very convenient. Being newly opened, the hotel facilities are quite new, and the service was prompt. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. I couldn't get a twin room on my first night, but the hotel changed my room type immediately after I contacted them. This hotel has one of the few 1.5-meter twin rooms in the area, which I think is perfect for families with children. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have bed rails yet, which might be a little inconvenient for younger children. Also, the hotel is located in a building and shares an elevator with other hotels and businesses, so the wait can sometimes be a bit long. Afternoon Tea at Qiancheng Muxu | Champion Coffee (George Coffee Beans): On my last day, I finally got to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea from the hotel. Sitting quietly for a while helped me shake off the fatigue of my journey.
