We chose Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport for an early morning flight with our child, and it was a perfect stay! The hotel offers a free airport shuttle starting at 6 AM, and the ride is very short, so we didn't have to struggle with luggage and a child. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had a child, they proactively arranged a quiet room. A special shout-out to Lily at the front desk, who was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Although our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, she gently explained why, let us store our luggage so we could go out, and even helped us bring our bags to the room later. Her problem-solving skills were fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including noodles and pastries, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. The public areas were tidy, perfect for a walk or relaxation while waiting for a flight. The service was attentive and thorough. Staying here with a child was hassle-free and comfortable. Five-star recommendation!

This hotel was the cheapest one we booked for our road trip, but it turned out to be the most surprisingly way higher than expected! First off, for less than 400 a night, they offer butler service. Before check-in, they proactively called and added us on WeChat, sent us the location, asked what pets we had, what we needed prepared in the room, and even checked in on our experience during our stay. Secondly, there's open-air parking right in front of the hotel, as well as an underground garage with charging stations. Plus, right next door are fast chargers for Li Auto, XPeng, and NIO. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Minsheng Road Food Street, Qingyun Market, and Jiaxiu Tower. You can get a Didi within 3 minutes, and it's only 10 yuan to the food street. What's more, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite when we checked in. We had two dogs with us, and they prepared some pet supplies for them and even gave us a Guizhou fridge magnet. The cleaning lady greeted us with a big smile, and when we drove out and forgot to register our license plate at the front desk, the security guard immediately lifted the barrier for us. When we returned, he even helped us back into our spot. Finally, and most importantly, even though it's a smoking and dog-friendly hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, with no smoke or strange odors, and it even had an air purifier. I'm writing such a long review purely because I truly feel this hotel embodies a customer-first approach, providing service from the guest's perspective. Every single staff member genuinely strives to do their best in their respective roles. Next time I'm in Guiyang, I will definitely stay here again!

In order to choose a place for the daughter who participated in the high school entrance examination, I booked the Intercity Hotel in Guiyang Baiyun. I am very satisfied with this hotel these days and must praise it! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the executive bed room has a wide panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, the room is clean and soundproof, and the daughter's high-quality sleep is guaranteed. What surprised me even more was their intelligent service. The takeaway was delivered directly to the door of the room by intelligent robots with the logo of ”Intercity Hotel Intercity Hotel”, which was fun and reduced personnel contact, very intimate. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and served for a long time (can be until 10:00 or 11:00), and the beef noodles are authentic. The hotel is located close to Exit B of Yunfeng Avenue Station of Metro Line 2 (about 3 minutes walk), making it easy to travel. What touched me most was the hotel's warm-hearted initiative for candidates for the high school entrance examination: the high school entrance examination car and the candidates' supper. The high school entrance examination is also a key moment in the child's life. This time, choosing to stay at the Intercity Hotel in Baiyun is a very correct decision! Staying at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang, I'm incredibly grateful to Guest Services Manager Xiao Wu for her assistance. I honestly had no idea the hotel was fully booked for the next two days. I originally wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available and it couldn't be arranged. However, I really appreciate Xiao Wu's patience. She helped me with a late check-out, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely come back to the Hyatt if I have the chance.

The hotel is based on the far west of the town surrounded by wholesale markets. Although possible to take the metro it is still far from the metro station and I recommend you take a taxi (about 90 RMB). The hotel itself has the reception on the 12th floor with the rooms from the 6th floor upwards. Gym and meeting rooms are on third floor. The room is nice and modern with a good bed, good showers. I had a suite with good sized living room. Unfortunately the restaurant only serves breakfast and the bar on the 12th was closed. As there is not much around it be great if that was opened. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

The room is very stylish, spacious and bright, with good views and complete facilities. All services are satisfactory, including the doorman helping to open the door and carry luggage, the front desk reception, and the coffee bar making coffee. The room also has welcome fruit and afternoon tea, and breakfast can be enjoyed in the room. The overall service exceeded expectations. The lobby is furnished with style and retro features, which is my favorite style. In short, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Just a short walk from the hotel is the super popular Qingyun Market. If you're craving some Siwawa, Liushou Grilled Fish, Laoguo, or even a bowl of refreshing fruit and tofu pudding to cool down after spicy food, it couldn't be more convenient. After a satisfying meal, taking a leisurely stroll back to the hotel just fills you with happiness. The hotel's log-style design is right up my alley; the room is spacious and bright, the king-size bed is incredibly soft, and the entire room is smart-enabled, so you can even just say ”Xiao Du” to close the curtains. To find such a comfortable and high-value hotel in this area, it definitely deserves a perfect score!

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, but apart from being large, there isn't much to praise about the garden view; the design is rather ordinary. 1. For a five-star hotel, it feels remarkably stingy. For such an expensive room rate, the mini-bar was completely empty. Honestly, a few cans of Coke or Sprite might not get drunk, but it's the gesture that counts. There weren't even any welcome fruits, something even a basic guesthouse provides. How can a big hotel be so dismissive of these small touches? 2. As a family-focused hotel, it's expected to have many children, but the swimming pool water was so murky it was uninviting. The hotel should consider adult guests more, perhaps by dedicating a separate lane. Plus, the outdoor pool closes quite early. Overall, for adults without children, the pool is practically useless. 3. Our flight was canceled late at night due to a typhoon, forcing us to rebook an earlier flight. We had to leave first thing in the morning. We had breakfast included, so we went to the breakfast area to ask for some food to go. The manager said we could only take simple items like eggs and bread, nothing else. Why? We paid extra for breakfast in our room rate, why are we restricted to just a few items? The restaurant manager then said we could take a little more, but only if we signed an agreement to avoid disputes… and we had to list everything we wanted to take. We were already in a rush, and then they gave us two small boxes, following us the whole time. In the end, just as she said, it was a very small amount. I really don't understand this policy. Many children, who don't even pay for breakfast, waste food by eating half and discarding half, with no one supervising. Yet, paying guests who genuinely need it are treated this way? 4. The buffet dinner was terrible value for money. Apart from some tiny crayfish, there was hardly anything else worth eating! While it's a good family hotel that's kid-friendly, as an adult looking for a relaxing vacation, you'll feel largely overlooked here.

Good location of 100m walk from metro station and bus stops,1 stop from Guilin Station, quiet city area. 10 mins bus ride to scenic spots, Park ,Historic Old walking street, night markets etc. Homestay unit is hotel turned homestay, which hotel room is comfortable, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler and dispenser for coffee. Wifi is available in common area and of certain hours. Host is helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and room is great pricing for backpackers! Safe choice for Solo female backpacker definitely value for money. Highly recommend!

This newly opened hotel near the fountain was great for me. I stayed three nights and overall had a good experience. The location is in the heart of Guiyang's old city, making subway access very convenient. Being newly opened, the hotel facilities are quite new, and the service was prompt. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. I couldn't get a twin room on my first night, but the hotel changed my room type immediately after I contacted them. This hotel has one of the few 1.5-meter twin rooms in the area, which I think is perfect for families with children. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have bed rails yet, which might be a little inconvenient for younger children. Also, the hotel is located in a building and shares an elevator with other hotels and businesses, so the wait can sometimes be a bit long. Afternoon Tea at Qiancheng Muxu | Champion Coffee (George Coffee Beans): On my last day, I finally got to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea from the hotel. Sitting quietly for a while helped me shake off the fatigue of my journey.
