Facilities: Very new and exceptionally clean. Ambiance: Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city center, it's very peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Service: The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they greet you with a nod and a smile every time you see them. They're also very helpful with most basic facility services you might need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels! Plus, it caters well to younger tastes, and with a super long breakfast window from 7 AM to 12 PM, it's perfect. Overall, the attitude is excellent, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Guiyang!

Guiyang Minsheng Road Yichi Hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of a bustling commercial district and food street, yet surprisingly quiet inside – a true oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The room design is simple yet stylish, with comfortable bedding and a clean, well-maintained bathroom; attention to detail is evident. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making you feel right at home. While breakfast is simple, it's delicious. It's truly rare to find such a quality and cozy hotel in Guiyang. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

This hotel was the cheapest one we booked for our road trip, but it turned out to be the most surprisingly way higher than expected! First off, for less than 400 a night, they offer butler service. Before check-in, they proactively called and added us on WeChat, sent us the location, asked what pets we had, what we needed prepared in the room, and even checked in on our experience during our stay. Secondly, there's open-air parking right in front of the hotel, as well as an underground garage with charging stations. Plus, right next door are fast chargers for Li Auto, XPeng, and NIO. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Minsheng Road Food Street, Qingyun Market, and Jiaxiu Tower. You can get a Didi within 3 minutes, and it's only 10 yuan to the food street. What's more, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite when we checked in. We had two dogs with us, and they prepared some pet supplies for them and even gave us a Guizhou fridge magnet. The cleaning lady greeted us with a big smile, and when we drove out and forgot to register our license plate at the front desk, the security guard immediately lifted the barrier for us. When we returned, he even helped us back into our spot. Finally, and most importantly, even though it's a smoking and dog-friendly hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, with no smoke or strange odors, and it even had an air purifier. I'm writing such a long review purely because I truly feel this hotel embodies a customer-first approach, providing service from the guest's perspective. Every single staff member genuinely strives to do their best in their respective roles. Next time I'm in Guiyang, I will definitely stay here again!

My first positive review has to go to the Baiyun Intercity Hotel. Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!

I was very satisfied with this Sofitel hotel. The views from the high-rise hotel and the breakfast were truly captivating! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-floor room offered expansive views. During the day, you could see clouds surrounding the city, and overlooking Jiaxiu Tower, I saw many tourists there, making every photo a stunning shot. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The Guizhou-style spicy chicken noodles had an authentic taste, and the freshly ground coffee and French pastries were fresh and delicious. Janice from Guest Relations not only contacted me in advance but also provided a delicious cake and special room decorations. Lyla at the lounge was also very warm and professional. The hardware facilities and the scenery were perfectly integrated. Super satisfied! 👍🏻

The front desk staff, especially the young man, was great! Since we had a lot of kids, they upgraded us to a larger room for free. They even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was amazing! The hotel also has a laundry room, and if you don't pick up your laundry on time, the front desk will kindly pack it up for you. This thoughtful service meant we didn't have to wait around. The hotel is also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose GreenTree Hotel again next time I'm in town.

Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guiyang! The hotel boasts a grand and elegant environment, with a lobby that blends ethnic design with natural scenery, offering expansive views. The cleanliness is outstanding; the rooms are spotless. The shower facilities are excellent, and Christina provided thoughtful and attentive service, even arranging a complimentary room upgrade for us. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive, truly delivering a high-quality experience.

Our whole family was very satisfied with this hotel. The beds were large and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. The laundry service was excellent; they helped with washing and drying, and we just picked up our clean clothes when they were ready, which is a rare find! Breakfast was also plentiful, and they even delivered breakfast for the kids. They had yogurt and juice as well, which tasted great! The front desk staff were very kind, and extending our stay was a breeze. This will definitely be our top choice next time we visit Guiyang!

This hotel is right next to Qingyun Market, so after exploring the night market, it's just a few steps back to your room. It's also a short walk to Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms are clean and simply designed, equipped with smart home features throughout, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The soundproofing is good, so you won't be disturbed by noise from downstairs. The hotel also offers a free laundry room and a small gym, which is really convenient for long trips. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Plus, having breakfast available on-site is very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a perfect place to stay when visiting Guiyang.

Special thanks to Simone from Reservations and Lance from Concierge! Simone, in particular, was incredibly helpful with all the arrangements and care before and during our stay. She went above and beyond, coordinating things even outside her direct responsibilities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lance is a very diligent and helpful young man! From the moment I got out of the car until my luggage was in the room, his assistance was thorough and thoughtful! I understand that hotels face high pressure during the summer, but my understanding of this brand's positioning is luxury (or at least, it should be, right?). The design of the paper cups is truly baffling. Coffee by the pool is not cheap at 48, and it's also served in a paper cup. I was told glass containers aren't allowed by the pool, and that response made me wonder how so many other hotels globally manage it. The linens were also quite disappointing; not just one or two, but many of the towels during our stay were dated 2016 😅 This isn't a complaint at all, but I hope management sees this feedback and values it! Still giving a full five stars, especially because many of the cleaning staff in the public areas actively greeted guests, which I thought was particularly wonderful and not easy to achieve! Great effort! The front desk staff were very polite, but for this brand, I think there's still room for improvement in their professional skills! Overall, everyone was fantastic! I highly recommend this place!
