The lobby is spacious and bright, with marble floors and metallic accents that give it a sophisticated feel. The front desk service was also very attentive. The location is excellent, making it a perfect place to stay. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet vibrant, and the details are well-executed, like the thoughtful lighting and storage designs. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time! ✨✨

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, with plenty of great food and shopping options right downstairs and nearby. The hotel service is also excellent. They offer free coffee delivered to your room, and you can send your laundry to the front desk for washing and drying, which is then delivered back to your room. No need to queue for machines or worry about your clothes being taken out – a lazy person's dream! The gym is a highlight for me; it has the three main cardio machines plus dumbbells, which is more than enough. My only minor gripe is that one of the benches is a bit wobbly. The rooms feature smart toilets, voice-activated controls for lights and curtains, and comfortable bedding. Overall, it's definitely worth the price during the off-peak season.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the afternoon from the city center, and couldn't figure out how to exit the subway station. After calling the front desk, they advised us that exit A2 was the easiest way. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which was more convenient than I expected. When we got there, it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendlier than I anticipated. During check-in, they kindly told us about the hotel's breakfast times. I hadn't considered breakfast when booking, but the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, offered a member-rate breakfast which was quite a good deal, much cheaper than buying it outright – big thumbs up for that! Haha. Plus, there's Guichu Sour Soup Beef right next to the hotel, so we just went there for dinner. The hotel room card gets you a 10% discount, though I felt a group purchase online was still a bit more cost-effective. Oh, and the hotel's airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance; it's not available 24/7. We booked our shuttle for the next day at the front desk when we checked in. It only took a few minutes to get to the airport, which was very convenient. This trip to Guizhou was a great experience; everyone here seems so warm and hospitable. I'd love to visit this city again if I get the chance!

I specifically tried both the fried noodles and the boiled noodles; they were the same type of noodle but had completely different flavors, which was really good. Since it's close to the airport, I asked about nearby attractions when checking in. The front desk staff, Xiao Mo, was very professional and knew the area inside out. She was clear about travel times and routes, which saved me a lot of time planning. Many thanks!

GGuest UserMy overall experience at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang was absolutely top-notch. The environment perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Guizhou ethnic charm. The lobby is spacious and grand, adorned with Miao and Dong totems everywhere you look, and there's even a simulated waterfall landscape outdoors, offering a wonderfully peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; the guest rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and pristine, and the bathroom was perfectly dry-wet separated with no odors whatsoever. The public areas were also consistently tidy. Christina's service was thoughtful and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The staff provided smiling service throughout, and any requests were promptly addressed. The facilities were comprehensive and excellent, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, making for an incredibly comfortable stay.

The room view was truly amazing; I could see the street scene as soon as I opened the curtains, and it was especially beautiful when the city lights came on in the evening. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness was reassuring. Lisa provided incredibly thoughtful service, explaining all the facilities in detail during check-in and being readily available whenever I needed anything. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both local snacks and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, so I could try something different every day without repetition. The experience was truly outstanding. Rabby made the check-out process quick and efficient. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

HHeSir ShThis hotel is located on Huguo Road, just a few hundred meters from Minsheng Road snack street and Jiaxiu Tower. It's right next to the Sofitel Hotel, complementing each other nicely. Before my stay, customer service called me to ask about my preferences and habits for my check-in. On the day I arrived, it was raining, and I drove. The staff proactively helped guide me to parking and carried my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was also very quick and convenient. The room was large and comfortable, with both excellent soft and hard amenities. The only downside is that when driving out, you have to go around in circles; the road infrastructure is a major drawback, a pre-existing flaw.

A special shout-out to our butler, Apple, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay! She proactively communicated with us to understand our needs, helped book meals, arranged a travel photoshoot, and even spa treatments. The breakfast was delicious, featuring Guizhou beef noodles and sticky rice. The all-you-can-eat seafood dinner was fresh and limitless!
The hotel's spa, with its Thai techniques, left me feeling completely relaxed. The indoor heated pool, fitness area, and kids' playground are all well-equipped, making it perfect for a family vacation. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, so driving is the most convenient option, and parking is free. Overall, the service, ambiance, and facilities live up to its luxury resort定位. With Apple’s excellent service, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
