Facilities: Very new and exceptionally clean. Ambiance: Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city center, it's very peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Service: The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they greet you with a nod and a smile every time you see them. They're also very helpful with most basic facility services you might need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels! Plus, it caters well to younger tastes, and with a super long breakfast window from 7 AM to 12 PM, it's perfect. Overall, the attitude is excellent, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Guiyang!

This hotel was the cheapest one we booked for our road trip, but it turned out to be the most surprisingly way higher than expected! First off, for less than 400 a night, they offer butler service. Before check-in, they proactively called and added us on WeChat, sent us the location, asked what pets we had, what we needed prepared in the room, and even checked in on our experience during our stay. Secondly, there's open-air parking right in front of the hotel, as well as an underground garage with charging stations. Plus, right next door are fast chargers for Li Auto, XPeng, and NIO. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Minsheng Road Food Street, Qingyun Market, and Jiaxiu Tower. You can get a Didi within 3 minutes, and it's only 10 yuan to the food street. What's more, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite when we checked in. We had two dogs with us, and they prepared some pet supplies for them and even gave us a Guizhou fridge magnet. The cleaning lady greeted us with a big smile, and when we drove out and forgot to register our license plate at the front desk, the security guard immediately lifted the barrier for us. When we returned, he even helped us back into our spot. Finally, and most importantly, even though it's a smoking and dog-friendly hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, with no smoke or strange odors, and it even had an air purifier. I'm writing such a long review purely because I truly feel this hotel embodies a customer-first approach, providing service from the guest's perspective. Every single staff member genuinely strives to do their best in their respective roles. Next time I'm in Guiyang, I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is newly renovated and very beautiful. It's located in Baiyun District, Guiyang. Transportation is convenient and quick. The hotel facilities and services are excellent. A particularly impressive feature is the bathtub, which quickly relieves travel fatigue. The laundry facilities are also very advanced and complete, with four washing machines and dryers. The breakfast was exquisite; the Western food was quite good, but the Chinese food was slightly lacking in color, aroma, and taste.

I'm giving this a perfect score. The hotel upgraded my room for free to a spacious one with new facilities and excellent cleanliness. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly and provided great service. The hotel also offered a thoughtful 'sleep-inducing porridge' service, available for self-service every evening at 9 PM. The hotel restaurant was very comfortable, sharing a beautiful space with a co-branded coffee shop. I spent an entire rainy morning there and would have stayed longer if not for the excessive number of people smoking later on.

I stayed at this property 9 years ago when my kids were still toddlers and one of them is a teenager now. The service of the hotel remains as tentative and warm as 9 years ago. We upgraded to one of their suite rooms and I think we will book a suite on our next trip. My kids enjoyed the pool and playing chess downstairs from the lobby. This was one of the highlights of their trip. My wife had a nice glass of wine at the regency club we missed the happy hour drinks and food as we went to HuangGuo Shu for a day trip and the second day we had dinner plans with our family. Harris checked us in and showed us our room knowing we were allergic to smoke. He was very attentive and checked on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. Will come back again soon hopefully.

I booked this hotel in downtown Guiyang, and the location is absolutely fantastic! Zhengxin Street is right downstairs, and Minsheng Road Food Street is just a 100-meter walk away. There are so many places to eat and shop along the way; it really has a vibrant, local feel. The subway station is only about a seven or eight-minute walk. I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw the small entrance, but once upstairs, the hotel was incredibly clean, and the service was superb! They even upgraded us to a family room for free, which our child absolutely loved. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and meticulous, even leaving a sweet handwritten card! Although we only stayed two nights, the experience was excellent. I was on the 16th floor and didn't find it noisy at all. I had stayed at the Anantara just a few days prior, and honestly, there was no drop-off coming here. In fact, I found the service even more personable and better than at Anantara. Oh, and a special shoutout for the 3 PM late checkout—perfect! The front desk even gave us some snacks when we left, which was a really nice touch!

This hotel is right next to Qingyun Market, so after exploring the night market, it's just a few steps back to your room. It's also a short walk to Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms are clean and simply designed, equipped with smart home features throughout, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The soundproofing is good, so you won't be disturbed by noise from downstairs. The hotel also offers a free laundry room and a small gym, which is really convenient for long trips. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Plus, having breakfast available on-site is very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a perfect place to stay when visiting Guiyang.

The hotel's garden design is beautiful, and the lobby view is stunning, especially at sunset. Perhaps due to the lighting design, the hotel appears dim and a bit old-fashioned, and the rooms are no different. The Chinese restaurant, however, has good food. Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled, so I made a last-minute decision to stay here. I spoke with the front desk twice, hoping for a 2 PM late check-out since my flight was later that evening, but was denied both times. I ended up having to wait in the lobby bar. However, I noticed several other guests checking out after 2 PM, and I also learned that the occupancy rate for the day was only around 50-60%. For a hotel positioned as a resort, this level of inflexibility is really disappointing.

I originally wanted to extend my stay in a twin room, but unfortunately it was fully booked, so I switched to two king rooms instead. The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded both rooms for us, even thoughtfully arranging them on the same floor. It was very heartwarming, definitely a five-star review!

I think this place deserve 4++ stars at least. if you're looking for a low price homestay with a decent room and location, this place is for you. The one who owns the homestay is a super nice person, he was trying his best to fulfill our needs. This place is near to Shachong lu station exit A , which is just one station away from guiyang railway station , super easy access to foods and tourist attractions. For this price, I don't have anything to complain really, worth the price ! There's a small bbq cafe opened by the boss one the 5th floor, the environment is quite nice, especially the lemon drinks made by the boss, super refreshing !
