The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
