Guest UserI specifically chose the Xitian Hotel for its proximity to the East Station, and the location really is a huge plus. Being near the station makes getting around incredibly convenient, perfect for catching trains without any detours or rushing. For just over 200, the room facilities are well-maintained – no signs of age or damage. The power outlets are thoughtfully placed, making it easy to work or charge devices, and the internet speed is smooth, great for streaming or working without lag. The bathroom was dry and puddle-free, with good ventilation and a stable 24-hour hot water supply. The blackout curtains are thick, so you won't be disturbed by light if you want to rest during the day. The overall cleanliness was meticulous, with fresh linens and duvet covers for each guest, and the air in the room felt fresh. The lobby is tidy, the elevators run smoothly, and the staff are friendly and responsive to requests. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and parking is available if you're driving. Among hotels in the same price range around the high-speed rail station, the facilities here are excellent. It's quiet, clean, and conveniently located, making for a very comfortable stopover. Highly recommend it to travelers passing through the East Station.

The experience of staying in the hot spring hotel this time is perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the warm and considerate service of the staff. Not only did they check in quickly, but they also introduced the hot spring area and hotel facilities in detail. The room is warm and elegant, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can enjoy the beautiful garden landscape by opening the curtains, which makes people relax physically and mentally.
The hot spring area is full of surprises, with a variety of special hot spring pools to choose from, from the original hot spring pool to the Chinese medicine health pool, the water temperature is just right, and you will feel comfortable after soaking. Tea is also provided by the pool, and the service staff Xiaowen will come to ask about the needs from time to time. Soaking in the misty hot air at night, looking up is the bright starry sky, which is extremely comfortable.
The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh and delicious ingredients. The surrounding environment is quiet, very suitable for vacation and relaxation, whether it is a couple's trip or a family trip! I can't wait to come again!

Environment: General
Service: Very thoughtful
[Yue·Youxiang] Buffet double meal (extra long use time 7:00-12:00): This stay experience exceeded expectations, the room has good lighting, the health details are in place, and the facilities are complete and intact. The staff is friendly and the service is intimate. The public leisure area is rich, and you can relax and pastime after you hurry. The environment is quiet and not noisy, and the rest is full of energy for one night. It is a comfortable resting place on the journey. It is recommended to travel passengers to choose.

Sin_HKThe hotel boasts a tranquil environment, pleasant rooms, and fresh air. Upon check-in, a butler greets you with rose petals and fresh fruit – excellent service! A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise.
This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops.
If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

Guest UserThe hotel grounds are quite spacious, but apart from being large, there isn't much to praise about the garden view; the design is rather ordinary.
1. For a five-star hotel, it feels remarkably stingy. For such an expensive room rate, the mini-bar was completely empty. Honestly, a few cans of Coke or Sprite might not get drunk, but it's the gesture that counts. There weren't even any welcome fruits, something even a basic guesthouse provides. How can a big hotel be so dismissive of these small touches?
2. As a family-focused hotel, it's expected to have many children, but the swimming pool water was so murky it was uninviting. The hotel should consider adult guests more, perhaps by dedicating a separate lane. Plus, the outdoor pool closes quite early. Overall, for adults without children, the pool is practically useless.
3. Our flight was canceled late at night due to a typhoon, forcing us to rebook an earlier flight. We had to leave first thing in the morning. We had breakfast included, so we went to the breakfast area to ask for some food to go. The manager said we could only take simple items like eggs and bread, nothing else. Why? We paid extra for breakfast in our room rate, why are we restricted to just a few items? The restaurant manager then said we could take a little more, but only if we signed an agreement to avoid disputes… and we had to list everything we wanted to take. We were already in a rush, and then they gave us two small boxes, following us the whole time. In the end, just as she said, it was a very small amount. I really don't understand this policy. Many children, who don't even pay for breakfast, waste food by eating half and discarding half, with no one supervising. Yet, paying guests who genuinely need it are treated this way?
4. The buffet dinner was terrible value for money. Apart from some tiny crayfish, there was hardly anything else worth eating!
While it's a good family hotel that's kid-friendly, as an adult looking for a relaxing vacation, you'll feel largely overlooked here.

001119The accommodation environment is good, the air is good, the room has floor heating + air conditioning, and we were upgraded for free. The housekeeper service is also very good. It was just rainy these few days, so we didn't see the sea of clouds and sunrise. I'll come back next time.
Facilities: The room is large, with projection and sound, which is a super plus
Sanitation: Very clean, no odor
Environment: The air is very good, because it is on the mountain, there is plenty of oxygen
Service: The service of the famous hostel is very good, any problems can be communicated and solved in time

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

Shadow31Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

Guest UserI don’t know why, but the hotel was empty and there was no one there. Because I randomly found a hotel at night, I had to make do with it. The back of one of the rooms was not cleaned and had a peculiar smell. Because there was only one person sleeping there, I did not report it to the front desk. All in all, I probably won't go there again, and parking is not convenient.

Guest UserThe real noise is quiet and living on the upper floors. The window is the night view of Jiaxiu Building. The interior is quiet and pleasant. It is so happy to sleep well. The location is even more impeccable: go downstairs and turn right to Wenchang Pavilion, and go to Jiaxiu Building on the left. The surrounding area is popular and there are many shops. It is especially suitable for people who come to travel. The breakfast is also quite excellent, rich and delicious; The facilities are complete, the decoration is high-end atmosphere, the overall stay is very comfortable, sincerely recommend.
