The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

For the entire two days of accommodation, the service can score full marks! After driving to Malone Bieyuan, there is a separate parking lot downstairs. After parking, the car will enter the room directly from the parking lot, which is very convenient. The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the toilet, shower, and the independent bubble pool in the room are all clean. The design of the whole room can be seen with great care (the decorative paintings in the bubble pool room, the verses in line with the environment, the right vases and green plants), which makes people relax physically and mentally. From the Maju Bieyuan, through a glass door, you will reach the area of the public bubble pool, which is very convenient for the elderly. There are more than 40 different types of bubble pools in the public area, the water quality is good and very clean. The entire public area environment design is very careful and can meet the needs of different ages. The old mother was also very satisfied this time, saying that this is the best hot spring she has soaked in the past few years, and her daughter also likes it very much. Having stayed at Anantara properties in Phuket and Budapest before, this was my first time at one in China, and the service didn't disappoint. You can tell everyone is well-trained. Our butler, May, was incredibly emotionally intelligent and truly went above and beyond, always attentive to our needs. The fried rice at the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast noodles were really delicious. Xiao Zeng at the restaurant had exceptional service awareness; our meal arrangements were perfectly on time and helped us avoid waste. He also provided comprehensive information about the hotel and local attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and at least my child had a fantastic time, even getting to be a torchbearer at the bonfire party!

Environment: Although the mountain climbing is a bit tiring, it is worth it when you reach the top! The weather was very good, and the housekeeper upgraded our room for free after we arrived. The balcony view of the mountain room is great. Service: Every staff member in the B&B is very enthusiastic and makes people feel very comfortable. The dinner is large and delicious. Facilities: It is recommended to add more recreational facilities or entertainment projects on the top of the mountain. This is a B&B that I want to visit for the second time.

Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor. 3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
