I've stayed at this hotel before, but it's been a long time. I chose them again for a business trip this time, and the service was as warm and attentive as ever. While the room facilities aren't as new as recently opened hotels, it feels very comfortable and secure. I had an issue with an invoice when checking out, and I'm grateful to both the platform and the hotel for helping resolve it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

The Guizhou beef noodles for breakfast were a real highlight – the broth was flavorful, and there was plenty of tender beef; it was better than many specialty restaurants outside. I was also pleasantly surprised to find fresh watermelon juice, which is a nice touch since many hotels in China only offer processed juice. Major plus for the Four Points breakfast!

Positive things: 1. You have access to a hot tub in your own room, or public hot springs outside. 2. The front desk is somewhat English-friendly. Negative things: 1. The hotel rooms are underground, no natural light, no windows. 2. The front desk is not 24-hour even though it claims to be. 3. They ask to charge you a 500元 deposit up front, which is ridiculously high. 100元 is more standard.

The experience of staying in the hot spring hotel this time is perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the warm and considerate service of the staff. Not only did they check in quickly, but they also introduced the hot spring area and hotel facilities in detail. The room is warm and elegant, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can enjoy the beautiful garden landscape by opening the curtains, which makes people relax physically and mentally. The hot spring area is full of surprises, with a variety of special hot spring pools to choose from, from the original hot spring pool to the Chinese medicine health pool, the water temperature is just right, and you will feel comfortable after soaking. Tea is also provided by the pool, and the service staff Xiaowen will come to ask about the needs from time to time. Soaking in the misty hot air at night, looking up is the bright starry sky, which is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh and delicious ingredients. The surrounding environment is quiet, very suitable for vacation and relaxation, whether it is a couple's trip or a family trip! I can't wait to come again!

She went above and beyond, coordinating things even outside her direct responsibilities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lance is a very diligent and helpful young man! From the moment I got out of the car until my luggage was in the room, his assistance was thorough and thoughtful! I understand that hotels face high pressure during the summer, but my understanding of this brand's positioning is luxury (or at least, it should be, right?). The design of the paper cups is truly baffling. Coffee by the pool is not cheap at 48, and it's also served in a paper cup. I was told glass containers aren't allowed by the pool, and that response made me wonder how so many other hotels globally manage it. The linens were also quite disappointing; not just one or two, but many of the towels during our stay were dated 2016 😅 This isn't a complaint at all, but I hope management sees this feedback and values it! Still giving a full five stars, especially because many of the cleaning staff in the public areas actively greeted guests, which I thought was particularly wonderful and not easy to achieve! Great effort! The front desk staff were very polite, but for this brand, I think there's still room for improvement in their professional skills! Overall, everyone was fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

My relatives came to Xifeng for a visit, and thinking it was a well-known hotel, they booked the Xifeng Grand Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, personally showing us to our room and introducing the various facilities. It was indeed newly renovated and had a slight smell, but it didn't affect our stay. The young lady who showed us the room even offered us water and introduced us to places to visit in Xifeng, including hot springs, and offered to take us there. Wow, I was almost embarrassed by her kindness! Overall, it was a great experience and made me feel very proud.

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
