Spa Hotels in Guiyang

We chose this hotel with friends for a few reasons: first, it's a well-known brand; second, it's close to the airport; and third, we've had good experiences with this chain before. Our return stay certainly didn't disappoint. The spacious lobby, delicious and varied breakfast, professional service, beautiful surroundings, and immaculate cleanliness all made for a very comfortable experience. My friends even said they'd prioritize this brand for their next trip! 👍👍👍

Booked a last minute stay with Novotel but turned out quite a positive experience! Location is good, within walking distance to Lincheng East Metro station. Went to watch concert and hotel provided transport service from hotel to stadium, which was very helpful for us! Also offered complimentary breakfast for one day but due to clashing of schedule we were unable to enjoy. Hotel slippers is free size and is too big for ladies, could be quite a challenge to walk around and do note that there will be a fee for bringing back the slippers. It will be better if there is a blind separating the toilet glass and bedroom for more privacy. Overall, hotel furbish is on the older end but the above kind gesture of providing stadium transport and breakfast does make the experience better and location is not bad too! (:

The hotel's butler, Frank, and front desk staff, Jaana, provided professional, warm, and friendly service. From the moment we got out of the car, the luggage service to the entire check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and convenient. It truly lives up to the Hilton brand. The hotel, opened in 2020, boasts an impressive lobby and is very close to the high-speed train station, with excellent entertainment and dining options nearby. The Western restaurant's breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it's a hotel worth experiencing repeatedly.

The hotel boasts a tranquil environment, pleasant rooms, and fresh air. Upon check-in, a butler greets you with rose petals and fresh fruit – excellent service! A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

I just found out that there is such a comfortable hot spring hotel in Guiyang. I don't have to go far to other counties and cities to soak in hot springs anymore! ! The location of the hot spring is really good. I booked a villa with private hot springs. Parking is very convenient. Each room type is equipped with an exclusive parking space. You can park directly and enter the house like a small villa. It is also very close to the public hot spring area from the room, so you don't have to walk for a long time in the cold. It is even more convenient to order takeout supper at night. These two points are simply incomparable to other hot springs in the province. It is suitable for lazy people to go out and relax. The service is also very good. It was cold these two days. The housekeeper Xiaowen asked about the check-in time in advance. When I entered the room, the air conditioner had been turned on for a long time. This is really the service standard of star hotels and resort hotels. The welcome fruit and mini bar are good and generous The hygiene is good, the bedding is very comfortable, and children's bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes are prepared for children It is worth mentioning the breakfast. Other hot spring breakfasts in Guizhou Province are really perfunctory. This one is very attentive. The total number is not large, but the categories are basically covered, and the taste is also very good, especially the glutinous rice. I really want to secretly take a bag to pack it up! ! ! The restaurant is clean and neat, which refreshed my impression of hot spring hotels in the province. It can really be a benchmark, even better than some star-rated hotels The private hot spring water is also very comfortable. I didn’t take too many photos because I was enjoying it all the time~ It has been listed as a place for relaxation on weekends by our family. It is close and good. I really recommend it! ! ! !

This time I came to Guiyang to travel and stay at the Yuyue Hotel (Jenshuichi Subway Station Qianlingshan Park Branch) I was really satisfied! The location is excellent, just on Yan'an West Road, a few minutes walk is Yan'an West Road subway station, travel is super convenient, go to Qianlingshan Park, fountain business district, Jiaxiu Building are very close, shopping and eating is very worry-free. The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the hygiene was in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good. There are also smart facilities, which are very convenient to use, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the details are in place. The front desk service is warm and intimate, check-in is fast, luggage storage is possible, there is a self-service laundry room, long-distance travel is very practical. The overall quiet, comfortable environment, high cost performance, the first choice for Guiyang, will stay here next time!

1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left. 2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor. 3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

I rarely comment, but this is a sincere review. I think the hotel is good. We came here during the New Year's Day holiday. The price is affordable, the room is very clean, and it even has floor heating. I just asked how many hotels in Guiyang have floor heating. It's very comfortable to stay. For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, the experience is great. The park is not big, but the open hot springs are enough and the water is quite clean. Anyway, I think it’s pretty good. I avoid those popular hot springs. It’s very quiet and quiet here. Not bad, will come again!

酒店環境清幽，但出行並不麻煩。靠近白晶谷濕地公園，早上晨跑或者散步非常愜意，空氣特別好。2025年全新裝修，房間裏有智能客控，很方便。設施方面更是沒得説，温泉、桑拿都有，玩一天回來泡一泡解乏。無論是自駕還是打車，位置都算方便。是會推薦給朋友並願意再次入住的酒店！🌳🚗
