Pullman Guiyang

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent Pet interaction: Fantastic I chose Pullman in Xishuangbanna before, and I did so again this time. The experience was excellent, and the room was very clean. This particular hotel also has a pet-friendly restaurant, which was a nice bonus. My child was able to interact with the animals before breakfast in the mornings, which made them so happy!

Located about 2km from Jiaxiu Tower, it's a prominent tall building. **Facilities:** A bit dated, but the bathroom with separate wet and dry areas is very practical. **Cleanliness:** Both the public areas and the rooms are well-maintained. **Environment:** The pet-themed restaurant on the 5th floor is fun, and the swimming pool environment is also great. **Service:** Prompt and efficient, but it doesn't quite feel like executive lounge service.

This is a more traditional five-star hotel. It's a bit old-fashioned, probably because it's been around for a while, but the location is pretty good. Generally, it's quite close to the surrounding airport, Guiyang Station, and Qingyun Market. Yesterday, there was a lamb noodle shop across the street that was delicious, great value for money, and highly recommended.

Had a great stay, thanks to Ms. Holly for her excellent service! She prepared everything for us even before we checked in. The pet park is also really fun and perfect for families with kids.

Close to Mixc City and Hongtong City, it's super convenient for shopping. Qingyun Market is also nearby, totally within walking distance. Holly was very kind and efficient. The cleanliness was excellent; the housekeeping staff were thorough and friendly. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the gym is quite nice.

Honestly, this is by far the worst Pullman I've ever stayed at, no competition. It definitely doesn't justify the 600+ price tag. The facilities are so outdated, honestly even worse than a budget hotel. I'm speechless!

Great location, very close to Qingyun Market and Erqi Road Snack Street. The breakfast on the fifth floor was also excellent. Plus, there's a small zoo, which the kids really enjoyed. It's not far from any of the attractions.

I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, and the air conditioning in my room was broken. After a lot of hassle, I finally got a new room around 10 PM, but the AC in that one had a terrible, musty and smoky smell. Picture one shows the restaurant, and for a supposed 128 RMB breakfast, it offered instant fried noodles and similar items – definitely not what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The zoo next to the restaurant was a novel idea though, and one of the staff members there was very nice. However, I think the hotel should focus more on its core business. I wanted to go to the pool on the 5th floor, but you have to walk through a row of shops to get there, making me wonder if it's outsourced. It felt less like a hotel and more like an old-fashioned entertainment arcade. The lifeguard at the pool was even on their phone with headphones on… The management of this hotel really isn't five-star quality. Accor's standards are far too inconsistent.

The front desk staff were super welcoming and efficient. My room was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. All the amenities were top-notch, especially the bathroom products, and the breakfast spread had a great variety. Even though it's in Guiyang's old town, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around; just wave your hand in the lobby and a taxi will be there. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Oh, and the little animals in the 5th-floor Western restaurant are adorable and perfect for photos!
