The 24-hour butler service in the rooms was genuinely attentive. My two children suffered from heatstroke and fell ill towards the end of our trip, and the staff provided such meticulous care, bringing all sorts of little things to help cool them down and even prepared drinks. By the end, we almost felt embarrassed, thinking we were causing too much trouble for everyone. Although the last night of our trip was stressful with the kids being sick, the hotel still allowed us to end our stay on a perfect note. Thank you!"

"This is a superlative hotel and it’s very sophisticated. The staff is super nice and exemplifies Guizhou hospitality. The staff went out of their way for me and I even got some fruit and a free bottle of wine and given that business was slow. I got a free upgrade very very happy with the room and my experience here. The location is excellent in the views are sublime! The Pagoda / pavilion or illuminated at night. There are many things to do right there and you do not need ridesharing or taxi or anything. I definitely will go back here next time. I am in Guiyang! This is not a superfluous review. I really feel that I lucked out with this hotel and it was more of a luxury experience than a mere hotel stay."

The room is smart and clean, with fully intelligent curtains and toilet, and a projector and sound system—it's packed with high-tech features. The service is unparalleled. They smiled throughout check-in and even proactively recommended fun and good restaurants in the area. When I left something behind during check-out, the hotel directly shipped it back via SF Express with cash on delivery. This efficiency and thoughtfulness have made it my "regular hotel," and I highly recommend it to all my business and leisure travelers!"
