YYoYobixiazaiciI arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

GGuest UserWe arrived in the afternoon from the city center, and couldn't figure out how to exit the subway station. After calling the front desk, they advised us that exit A2 was the easiest way. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which was more convenient than I expected. When we got there, it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendlier than I anticipated. During check-in, they kindly told us about the hotel's breakfast times. I hadn't considered breakfast when booking, but the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, offered a member-rate breakfast which was quite a good deal, much cheaper than buying it outright – big thumbs up for that! Haha. Plus, there's Guichu Sour Soup Beef right next to the hotel, so we just went there for dinner. The hotel room card gets you a 10% discount, though I felt a group purchase online was still a bit more cost-effective. Oh, and the hotel's airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance; it's not available 24/7. We booked our shuttle for the next day at the front desk when we checked in. It only took a few minutes to get to the airport, which was very convenient. This trip to Guizhou was a great experience; everyone here seems so warm and hospitable. I'd love to visit this city again if I get the chance!

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

MM432712****The room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is great, with everything conveniently nearby. I had originally booked another hotel, but was shocked when I arrived. So, I quickly switched to the Pullman, which wasn't much different in price, but the experience was miles apart – the Pullman was so much better! While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. You can really feel the quality service just from the professionalism of the lobby staff. I want to praise a small detail: in the breakfast restaurant, there are little signs indicating whether a table is free or occupied, and there are lots of small animals around the restaurant area. Here's a small suggestion for improvement: if a honeymoon suite is being used for a wedding, it might be better to locate it away from the general tourist areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
