"Always a fan of Novotel, Accor's brands are consistently reliable. There are plenty of great local eateries and a shopping center nearby, which even has a Bona Cinema on the 7th floor. The front desk staff gave very detailed directions when I asked, and their service was excellent. Don't miss out on the delicious food on Taiping Road, Xiaoshizi Street, and Minsheng Road!"

"The air conditioning in the room worked great, cooling down the space in just a few minutes after coming in from the summer heat. The front desk staff proactively helped carry my luggage to the room, which was much appreciated. The cleanliness was meticulous, even behind the TV cabinet was spotless. "I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival, the front desk took us to view the rooms first and offered us a discounted upgrade. It was a fantastic deal, much cheaper than booking online, so we upgraded to a view room. The view of the 白宫, 海豚广场, and the 双子塔 was stunning! The location is perfect, surrounded by food options and right next to a mall open until 12 AM, all within walking distance to the 白宫 and 海豚广场. The only minor inconvenience is that the Huaguoyuan area has a lot of stairs, so going up and down constantly can be a bit tiring😂 The service was exceptional. One late night, the sweet female receptionist who checked me in insisted that I go sleep while she took care of my laundry. The next morning, I found she had dried and even hung my clothes up neatly! Please note that the hotel is inside a shared building. There is no hotel signage or name displayed outside the building, at least I did not see any, so you have to go inside to find it or call them if lost. Once on the correct floor, the front desk is located a bit further inside."

The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; Cat Xiaohan from the staff was super enthusiastic throughout our stay, proactively recommending local delicacies. The turndown service and welcome fruit platter showed amazing attention to detail, and responses were super quick. Rabby at the executive lounge was so welcoming and friendly, especially with children! The 55th-floor sky lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room views are absolutely stunning. "This hotel definitely isn't high-end, but personally, I found it incredibly convenient and great value for money. I ended up staying here three times due to my travel itinerary. The dining and facilities largely met my travel needs. The front desk staff proactively confirmed my booking based on my order and asked if I needed airport/station pick-up. I was offered tea upon check-in, and the directions for the requested drop-off were clear. They handled issues promptly. Among the staff, Jingjing and Xiao Han were particularly helpful and made me feel very well taken care of. The room service was excellent. On my first stay, March 23rd, I had trouble with the laundry machine that evening, and two staff members actively helped me operate it. My clothes had oil stains, and they even went to the restaurant to get some dish soap for me. On another occasion, I returned late from sightseeing, around 10 PM, to do laundry, but all the machines were in use. A young man working the night shift took my room number and offered to do it for me. The next morning, my clothes were already in a laundry bag, hung on my door. I extended my stay until the 10th, and the driver who took me to the station on that day actively helped with my luggage. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names and forgot to write a review for them. If possible, I hope management can look into this and give them some recognition. Thank you!"

I really recommend it to all friends who catch the high-speed rail and travel for a short trip! 📍 Great location: very close to Guiyang North Station, about 15 minutes walk with the suitcase, taxi is very convenient, there is free parking for self-driving, travel is not tossed at all. 🏨 Environment and guest rooms: The lobby is modern, simple and clean, and the elevator needs to swipe the card to go upstairs. The privacy and security are full. The rooms are spacious and transparent, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is online. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the blackout curtains are very effective, the corridor noise is almost inaudible, the rest quality is perfect, and the office network speed is stable and smooth. The overall staff is in a good mental state and the service is very good! There are many types of breakfast! It is comparable to the five-star service, and there are many types of choices. It's really convenient for shopping and dining outside. Cleanliness: For this price point, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was. Thumbs up. Ambiance: The environment is grand and minimalist. Service: I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff – their service was truly exceptional. Much better than the Hilton I stayed at in Beijing, which was quite unexpected. They offer free snacks like roasted sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, and porridge in the afternoon and evening. "This is a great hotel! It's very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Downstairs, there are tons of delicious street food stalls. We needed to get to Guiyang North Station very early in the morning, and they offer a free shuttle service every half hour, starting early, with a 7-seater commercial vehicle. No exaggeration, it took literally two minutes to get to the North Station! This saved us a lot of time. They even packed breakfast for us to take on the go! Very convenient and excellent service! Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Guiyang."

The lobby was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design and a quiet, uncluttered environment. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions, offering exceptional gentleness and attentiveness, making you feel warm and welcome from the moment you stepped inside. The room experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout that prevented it from feeling cramped. The bedding was clean, soft, comfortable, and breathable, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out outside noise, resulting in a high-quality night's rest. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, surfaces, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. Toiletries were complete and clean, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. In addition, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a plentiful and stable supply of hot water at just the right temperature. The internet speed is smooth, ensuring uninterrupted streaming of TV and mobile devices. YYoYobixiazaiciI arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

LLexielilyThis was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

GGuest UserThe room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

GGuest UserThe overall environment was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, because it was a weekend, some other tourists were drinking and talking very loudly late at night. We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
