The room and sala is clean but the comfort room is stinky specially the shower curtain and wall in shower room.

I don't want to sound Biased . . . . After all I did stay in the lower penthouse here at room 4006. A bit smaller than the rooms in Makati. I guess the place was just finished and launched. There were quite a few renovation works that were going on. A few things in the apartment like the sink clogging a bit. The TV and network a bit on and off. But overall it was 4.0/5.0 stars. It's a SMDC property so I'm sure they will get things right like they did in Makati. But this place was really good as well. Despite those small hiccups. I loved the place. An easy recommendation to anyone visiting the Philippines.

It was a pleasant stay.. my daughter's graduation is in PICC and it was a perfect location. The place was nice and clean and my 2kids loved the contemporary design of the unit. Will reco this to my friends definitely 😍

The unit is very clean. The automatic check-in is also very convenient. The host is very friendly. There is a supermarket downstairs and the kitchen can also be used for cooking. We enjoyed our stay. I will stay next time.🥰

I had a wonderful 7 nights experience at SMDC Coast Residence. It was clean environment, friendly staff and lots of restaurants to eat nearby. Best choice for a business trip.
