The disposable toiletries and hairdryer in the room are a high-end touch for a hotel at this price point. The infinity pool is amazing and very relaxing for a holiday. The front desk staff are warm and reliable. Overall, it's a high-quality apartment-style hotel!"

Upon arrival, I was guided by a staff member, and the service was very satisfying. Getting around was easy, and I really miss it there."

"Five-star review! The Patong Lullaby Hotel, my dream hotel in Phuket. Seriously, this Lullaby Hotel in Patong, Phuket completely changed my perception of hotels in a bustling area – it absolutely deserves full marks! I was initially worried that being near the Patong area would mean noise and chaos, but this hotel is tucked away perfectly. It's just a few minutes' walk to Bangla Night Market and the beach, yet when you return to the hotel, it's instantly quiet again. During check-in, the front desk lady was super enthusiastic and even offered to help us with our luggage. We were even allowed to check in early, even though it wasn't official check-in time – that immediately earned them major points! We booked a room with a balcony, and the space was much larger than I expected. The bed was so soft and comfortable, just like home, and we couldn't hear any outside noise at night, so sleeping until morning was incredibly refreshing. The absolute highlight was the infinity pool on the rooftop. We went up in the evening to take photos, feeling the sea breeze and watching the sunset. Every shot was picture-perfect. My friend and I lounged by the pool for two hours and didn't want to leave. The breakfast was also delicious; while not overly varied, everything was spot-on and nothing disappointed. Throughout our stay, there wasn't a single flaw. Both the service and the environment were impeccable. If I come back to Patong, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"The hotel has a pool, which is really nice. My husband swam for about half an hour every day, and then he'd lie on a lounge chair and nap – he loved it! They also serve breakfast. Plus, there are tons of supermarkets and snack shops close by."

"Wonderful location, beautiful sunset views from rooftop pool, and good food and service as well. Been to Patong numerous times but I believe this hotel is now my favourite in the Center of Patong. You can find everything you need nearby and the hotel has everything one needs. We also took the ATV tour from their service desk. We ate in their rooftop restaurant, the food is not bad. We did the steamed fish in lime sauce. Highly recommended for couples!"

"Location: very convenient and easy to get to from the HKT airport, it’s about 10mins ride. Since it’s closer to the airport you would hear airplane sounds all the time but it’s fun to watch it time to time when you are at the beach! Room: very nice spacious room with a kitchen and balcony. We were able to relax at bathtub too. However we had many problems for our room. Shower and bathtub water wasn’t working and safety box too. Then phone kept ringing every few minutes, for some reason customers call came to our room which was super annoying. So we had to deal with them at the first night and we were not able to relax at all…but a manager dealt with sincere attitude and engineers came rough away and fixed shower problem which was nice. Reception manager called Narn was kind and nice he dealt the situation kindly and showed us a gesture of kindness. So we felt our stay was still lovely. Breakfast: There are great variety of foods including pastries, fruits and drinks. What I really like was that they change their menu everyday so we were able to tasty different type of food. We enjoyed it to the full and satisfied. Service: very nice stuffs with gentle smile and sincere and warm hospitality. They are all polite and kind. One time at the beach bar a girl kept telling me that I cannot order in room food service from our room so she kept telling me to come back and pay at the restaurant or bat which I did. But when I went back other stuffs told me I was able and order from our room..,that was quite inconvenient since it takes about 10mins walk from our room to the beach…so hope they can inform correct information to customers… But over all our stay was lovely with beautiful environment and clean ocean so we would love to come back here again if there is a chance!"

"Overall, the experience was good, with a small hiccup on the first night of check-in. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and had a nice view. However, the air conditioner in my child’s room was not cold at all. The hotel took immediate action to check the issue and promptly changed the room for us. The service was good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Please get rid of the smell! For a hotel that costs over 3600 a night, you walk in and it smells like a public bathhouse. We paid so much extra for the balcony pool, but it was super narrow and full of leaves and bugs. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was tiny too. The prices in Phuket this year (Chinese New Year 2026) are absolutely ridiculous, severely lacking in value for money. We paid for a child, but they didn't even provide extra toiletries or towels. The room was pitch dark with terrible lighting. For anyone considering this place just for the pool, I strongly advise against it!"

"The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop."
