"I hv requested a king size bed when I booked 6weeks in advanced my stay but they didnt give me a king size bed. The room is tiny with a corridor and separated shower area and toilet. I feel the room design is not efficient and uses up many space which doesnt allow guests to open the luggage. Onsen was good. Their water makes the skin soft and smooth. Because of its hotel capacity there are many guests and onsen area is quite crowded. Breakfast was excellent but they close shape at 9am. You are requested to hv breakfast at either 7am or 8am. That is too early for me. In general nice stay but could hv been better."

At the end of the, I chosen Tokyu stay, even though it is further away from the JR station. You need to walk about 10mins from the station, which u may want to think twice in winter time. I went during summer, so is manageable. It is so convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room! Everything else was ok and no regrets staying here"
