Title: Hakodate hotel review 😭 one day is definitely not enough!! I rarely write reviews, honestly 📝 But for this hotel, not writing one just wouldn't do it justice 🔥 I loved every minute of my stay in Hakodate 💙 This little city itself is so beautiful and peaceful ～ The hotel seems like it might have been an old building before 🏛️? But it's been renovated with such great taste, really stylish! The room was very quiet, slept so comfortably 🛏️ And the location is super convenient! 📍 Very close to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses 📍 Not far from the nearest station 📍 And there's a supermarket nearby too!! And! The room was really, really clean 🧹 I've stayed in many hotels in Japan, most are quite clean But I can always tell where they cut corners, if the corners are dusty, I notice it immediately 👀 This place was genuinely clean, the sheets even had a fresh scent You can tell the staff takes cleaning very seriously 🧼 Service was also amazing ～ The guy who helped me check in was so welcoming and friendly 🥹 It's a shame I could only stay one day 😭 Next time I definitely have to stay longer!! #Hakodate #HotelReview #Travel

Excellent! This place is right across from the train station and next to the bus terminal. **Facilities:** There's a coffee machine on the first floor and a hot spring on the fifth. The morning market is just across the street. **Cleanliness:** Very good. **Service:** The front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hokke Club Hakodate. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the large public bath, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a great variety of local dishes, and everything was delicious. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Hakodate.

Love the hospitality of the team, makes us feel welcomed! The room is very decent, the complimentary breakfast is amazing!! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hakodate, the Izakaya next to the hotel is also highly recommended! The tram is just outside the hotel, lots of great restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel also provides umbrella for free use, which is extremel thoughtful and highly appreciated!

Free breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and free udon is available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There's also a public bath and sauna on the 7th floor of the hotel, open until 10:40 PM. I highly recommend A-GATE Hotel for budget travelers! Two thumbs up!

By Japanese hotel standards, the room was surprisingly spacious. We were able to open two large suitcases at the same time and still have enough room to move around comfortably. The location is also very convenient. The nearest tram station is about a 5–10 minute walk away, while the airport bus stop is only around 3 minutes from the hotel. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but I would especially recommend trying The Hakodate Morning Market for a great start to the day and one of the local ramen shops for lunch.

Firstly, it's quite a walk from Hakodate Station. Although it might not look far on the map, it's fairly isolated and away from the main bustling areas. We arrived at night, dragging our luggage, and the route became progressively darker. After passing a gas station, we found it – a small building right next to a car park. Secondly, both the rooms and the front desk are located on the second floor. The front desk is quite small and shares its space with the restaurant. The room itself was decent; while compact, it had everything we needed. However, the price felt high compared to what standard hotels offer. Next time I go to Nihonbashi, I'll definitely avoid weekends, otherwise, even capsule hotel prices will be through the roof.

The location is excellent, just sandwiched in the middle. I entered the room before 14 o'clock, and thank you for the front desk. The bed was small and the room was small, but just an area was empty to spread out the large suitcase, and the design was very good. The warm light effect is very good (in fact, it is 2 bulbs 💡) The hand sanitizer smells good. Disadvantages: Dry laundry

We stayed at LC Goryokaku Hotel during our family trip to Hakodate and were pleasantly surprised by how well it suited our needs. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Goryokaku Park and the Tower, which made it easy for us to explore the area with our kids without needing transportation all the time. The room was clean, spacious enough for a small family, and had thoughtful touches like slippers, toiletries, and even a small seating area where we could unwind. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet at night, which made it easy for the children to fall asleep. The hotel also offers free drinks in the lounge, which was a nice touch, and there's a laundry area, which is very useful when traveling with kids.

The price was affordable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean – no complaints there. Although there was a coin-operated hairdryer in the public bath, it was convenient to have free hairdryers and two sinks available in the women's capsule room.
