Spa Hotels in Hakodate

The lovely old gentleman serving as at night was one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met. We originally planned to arrive at the property in the afternoon. However, our flight was cancelled and we had to seek alternative, delaying our arrival time until 23:00. When we arrive, we thought we will be self-checking in. But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly. He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food. 誠にありがとうございます！ Everything else was great as well! The room was comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and it’s so nice to have a hot spring after out in the cold for the entire day.

I used it for birthday celebrations. Immediately after making a reservation, I received a guide on services such as meals, and I was able to enter allergies and requests on the day in detail, which was helpful. On the day of check-in, we were able to feel more attractive because we were guided to the hotel building and the nearby tourist spots. The room was also wider than I imagined 々, and the clean and warm atmosphere was good. This time I stayed in Hakodate for only one night, but I think I can enjoy it leisurely at the hotel stay, so I would like to visit again next time. The course I received was particular about local things and the food and sake were delicious.

This is just my personal opinion, but the food was pretty much the same as always. At other hotels nearby, I usually notice some changes every time I stay, but not here... I saw food scraps on the table and expected someone to wipe them off with a cloth and then sweep them up, but they just stayed there until we finished our meal. Maybe there's a reason for that, or perhaps they cleaned up after we left, in which case, I apologize. The hot spring water, however, was excellent! The private bath was also a great deal, which was a huge help. I didn't realize there was a charge for extra towels, and I accidentally left mine in the private bath. The staff kindly provided me with another one. Thank you very much.

The price was affordable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean – no complaints there. Although there was a coin-operated hairdryer in the public bath, it was convenient to have free hairdryers and two sinks available in the women's capsule room.
