The environment is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are warm and courteous! The room is spacious, elegantly designed, clean, and comfortable, with complete facilities. Dinner was a delightful kaiseki meal, and breakfast was delicious. They offer authentic Hokkaido snacks and a wide selection of beverages, which you can even take back to your room – a really nice touch! If time allowed, I'd love to stay a few more days.

The room was spacious, but the bed was hard, and I couldn't sleep well all night. Everything else was good, the location was excellent, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious. They have a hot spring pool, but it's quite basic, with no outdoor onsen or warm sauna, and no free popsicles or ice cream. The service was genuinely great; both the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, warm, and attentive. It's good value for money, and I highly recommend it if you don't mind a firm bed.

The location was just a short walk from Sapporo Station making it incredibly convenient to travel around. The hotel is also surrounded by major shopping malls, offering endless choices for dining and shopping at your doorstep. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding, with highlights including the delicious French toast and the fresh seafood donburi, which was a perfect way to start the day. The onsen facilities were amazing as well.

The hotel is relatively new, and the front desk service was perfectly fine. During my stay, I wanted something cold to drink, and when I called the front desk, their response time and service-mindedness were excellent! Definitely worth praising. The housekeeping staff even folded my clothes (though I messed them up right away), but it definitely added a nice touch. This is a hotel I would consider staying at again next time I'm in Sapporo.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Excellent stay! The room was super luxurious and spacious, and spotlessly clean. They had all the amenities you could need, and the bedding and pillows were fresh. Service was great, very polite. Plus, you can charge your devices in the lobby, and it's really close to the park.

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

Hotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop. In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean.

This hotel is located in Nishi 11-chome, very close to the subway station. They offer a shuttle service, but I didn't notice it when I first arrived. I ended up dragging my luggage all the way there myself, thinking the subway would be a direct shot, so I didn't bother with a taxi. To my surprise, the subway station didn't have an elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. It wasn't until I got to the hotel that I found out they offer free pick-up and drop-off to the JR station. I guess I didn't read the details carefully enough when I booked. Anyway, it was super convenient to use the shuttle to the station later on. The service is good, and the environment is pleasant. The rooms are spacious, which is a big plus, and they even include breakfast. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Sapporo; you can even walk to the park and Tanukikoji shopping street from here. The window overlooks the road, offering a bit of a view.

It was pretty good. The view from the 24th floor was excellent, and the public bath was larger than the Dormy Inn I stayed at before. The triple room was also very nice. Although the 0.9-meter-wide bed was a bit narrow for my 14-year-old, he didn't mind, and I prefer us all sleeping together, as it helps us bond more with him. The only hassle was the air conditioning was too hot; I suggest they not turn it off completely but instead set it to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees.
