"The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and all the furniture was very tidy. Bonus points included the washing machine, clothes rack, and balcony. The gas in the room was turned off the next morning, but customer service responded quickly and clearly. The location is close to the subway station. The only downside was the lack of a sink; otherwise, everything was excellent. Highly recommended."

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"This is a very new hotel with convenient transportation. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, and the room even had a small kitchen. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable. I'm very satisfied! There wasn't any noise, and the staff were friendly."

The location is impeccable – within walking distance of Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park, and just a few hundred meters from Susukino Station, making dining, shopping, and getting to the airport or attractions incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with practical layouts for Loft and Family rooms. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart keyless entry is very convenient, and rooms are equipped with kitchen amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as comprehensive toiletries. The service is warm and professional; the staff speaks fluent English, proactively recommends local eateries, and can assist with luggage storage and itinerary coordination. While there's no in-house restaurant or breakfast service, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Some bunk beds might have low headroom, but overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent accommodation choice in Sapporo."

"What a pleasant surprise, definitely five stars!! This guesthouse, though small, is fully equipped. The room was super clean, and what was most thoughtful and surprising was that it even had hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, laundry detergent, and an extension cord. The attention to detail was impeccable. Transportation & Surroundings: The guesthouse is only about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and the station has an elevator, so you don't have to worry about stairs even with large luggage. On the way back to the guesthouse, you'll pass a small AEON supermarket; within a 10-minute walk, there's also a large local community supermarket, making shopping and stocking up incredibly convenient. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was actually very simple; we just didn't read the check-in manual carefully at first, which made it seem complicated. So, everyone, remember to read the manual before checking in! The overall experience was superb, and I highly recommend this guesthouse. I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Since it was off-season, the owner gave me a large room on the first floor. They even thoughtfully prepared water, bread, and milk. The owner was incredibly kind. When I first arrived, they told me about places to visit near Otaru. On the first day, I went to a nearby restaurant and had a seafood bowl. Later, I wanted to buy some snacks but didn't know where a supermarket was, so I asked the owner. They actually drove me there! The house is surrounded by many flowers, making for a beautiful environment, and it's super close to the sea. It's also very convenient, just a minute or two walk from the bus stop (bus route 11)."
