The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition. What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance! The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.

It was incredibly convenient having convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and we really appreciated that cooking utensils were already provided in the room, so we didn't have to bother the front desk. The balcony was also spacious and airy, making for a very pleasant stay. Although we only stayed for one night this time, we'd love to come back for a longer visit next time.

They say a skinny camel is still bigger than a horse! The Park Hotel is supposedly being torn down and rebuilt next year because it's quite old and worn out. However, this doesn't detract from its grandeur or excellent location. The hotel is superbly situated within Nakajima Park, surrounded by lush greenery, and boasts a magnificent and grand main entrance. The lobby is incredibly spacious and luxurious. There are many staff members, all smiling and politely greeting guests, always ready to offer a helping hand when needed. We stayed on the fifth floor. The elevators are very fast, and we rarely had to wait. It's about a ten-minute walk to Tanukikoji, Susukino, and Odori Park, which is very convenient. The room size was normal. The facilities were indeed a bit dated, but the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was prompt and orderly. It didn't affect our stay experience at all. It's a shame that we're witnessing the closing of what must have once been a magnificent grand hotel. But we hope that a brand new, luxurious hotel will rise in its place in the future! I intentionally didn't book breakfast when making the reservation. The outdoor parking lot outside the main entrance is quite spacious and easy to park in. However, the fee isn't cheap; we paid 2500 for the first night and 2000 for the second. You get a parking ticket upon entry and need to have it stamped at the front desk when leaving. Then, you show it to the parking attendant. We settled the total of 4500 with the attendant after two days. It's convenient, but a bit pricey.

This hotel was the biggest disappointment of our entire hot spring resort trip. We specifically stayed two extra nights in Jozankei to stay at this hotel because of its high ratings. However, it was the least recommended hotel of the trip. The hotel is quite small, the rooms are very old, and our room on the first floor with an outdoor hot spring felt like a basement. The room was dimly lit, and the bathroom was dark. The carpet felt extremely dirty. Overall, the reviews seemed inflated. However, this hotel was also the most attentive among the kaiseki meals we had during the trip, so my review is mixed. I hope for a fairer and more impartial review. If the hotel sees these reviews, I hope they can improve the condition of the rooms on the first floor and the lighting in the public areas. Finally, I must mention the welcoming gentleman was truly professional and touching. Because we arrived early and couldn't check in, we needed to find a coffee shop. He not only patiently explained the situation but also personally led us to the intersection in the heavy snow, explaining the features of each restaurant in the vicinity. Very thoughtful!

The hotel's location is easy to find, and having its own parking lot makes parking very convenient. The hot spring experience was excellent; after soaking, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. It offers good value for money and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

When checking in, the boss introduced in detail the fun things around and the check-in matters. After that, you can enter and exit by password, and just leave garbage and towels at the door. Stayed for three days. It was very quiet, very clean, and the room was large, very spacious for a family of four. The whole place is very new, the room has everything you need, the boss is very attentive, it feels like your own home, and there is a small kitchen. The occupancy rate was low, I didn't meet anyone for three days, and the privacy was great. Opposite is Lawson. This Lawson is also very good and has everything. There are two very popular ramen shops next to the hotel. Shingen has a queue every day, but they are very salty and not delicious. If we talk about the shortcomings, it is that it takes a while to walk to the subway station (about ten minutes' walk). Everything else is perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located about a minute's walk from the subway station. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, providing a warm and relaxing environment. It's the perfect place to unwind and create wonderful memories during your trip.

Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan
