Portom International Hokkaido

Cannot rave on about how excellent portom hotel is for an airport hotel.modern facilitie,super clean and everything you need..gym,onsen,nespresso machine,mirror screening on the tv etc.Andrei Antonili,the concierge staff that met us deserves a gold medal..superb hospitality!! Only comment to the hotel is to please have a clearer indication of their entrance to their car park to park our rental car. If only all airport hotels could be like this..FANTASTIC!!

Located near the arrival of the International airport. When the lift opened, hotel staff greeted us and helped us to reception to check in. We were served with a nice melon drink. He brought our luggage to our room and explained all the functions of the electronic system. Once we entered a large room, the blinds automatically drew up. There's a shower and bathtub separately. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel Onsen is modern, clean, huge, and luxurious. I look forward to staying here again.

Everything in this hotel exudes class. Even the amenities and bedroom slippers etc are all high class and new. Highly recommend for families arriving late at night to stay before travelling the next day. Staff friendly and speak good English. Even escort you to the room. Free onsen as well!
