An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Doulos Phos the Ship Hotel is a place of total serenity and peace. Upon arrival ,we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the hotel team. Andri, the hotel manager gave us a good overview of the activities that we can enjoy at the hotel. He personally conducted the tour and the ship hotel and briefed us on its interesting history. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. In the evening, we had a 10-course Rijstafel, an Indo- Dutch semi fine dining comprising a welcome drink, appetizer,, main course and dessert plus a very special brew of coffee. Overall, it has been a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my wife. Will come back again to explore the surroundings more.

Our experience is the hotel is great, the staffs are very friendly, especially staff Aminah, she brought a bright smile and always love to talk to her. Hotel cleanliness is great. The breakfast buffet is delicious as well. Only, we have encountered about the lunch , where the Angilo Olio taste is very bland and the dine in food - Soto Ayam is way too salty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank u HOMM LAGUNA Bintan.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more memorable.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

I had a very quiet and undisturbed stay. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, the hygiene was reassuring, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Location is convenient in Tanjong Uban area and easily accessible to other parts of Bintan. However the wall electrical sockets are either insufficient or oddly placed making it very difficult for charging purposes.

Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
