An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways

當天我丟失了我的包，感謝兩位酒店的工作人員幫我看守了我的包，包裏有我的護照銀行卡還有很多現金，時間長達三個小時，如果丟失了我的包我甚至回不了中國，感謝兩位拾金不昧的員工，這是我最幸運的一次旅行👍👍👍 Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
