Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the pool water was clean. It's very close to the sea, and the service was excellent. They offer childcare, and there's a free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel, as well as a free shuttle for shopping. When checking in, they ask for your departure ferry details, and upon check-out, they arrange your ferry tickets and provide transportation to the pier. There was an incident where guests upstairs mistakenly tried to enter my friend's room in the middle of the night and asked housekeeping to open it. The hotel immediately called the police and checked the surveillance footage after being informed.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are so many activities for kids, making it a perfect choice for families traveling with children. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection isn't very extensive and might not cater well to Chinese palates.

The environment of this hotel is really amazing! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. The service was also thoughtful and warm, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
