Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place for a short getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the overall ambience and the opportunity to slow down and simply enjoy the surroundings. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. We also appreciated the convenient location and the lovely facilities. Most importantly, it was the perfect setting for a memorable weekend getaway. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, for making our getaway such a lovely and memorable one. We would definitely be happy to come back again!

The hotel setup is just nice, not so big and not small. The room is clean and just perfect for family of 3. The pool is huge, the free transport to and from ferry terminal was great. The breakfast spread was awesome. The main breakfast offered different menus every single day, with amazing indonesian food; weatern food, indian and sushi is available, too! The french toast was the best! Don’t miss the french toast if you have breakfast there. The hotel location is the closest to plaza lagoi which allow you to walk or you can use hotel’s bicycle, too. The beach is just at the backyard and the pool is huge. The bar/beach club offered a good choices of food. Overall it was a great stay, really value for money. This is one of our favourite hotel in Bintan. The staffs are all very helpful especially for the reception staff RAFLI. After checking in, RAFLI go extra mile helping us extend the check-out time as our ferry timing is 1535hr.

Everything was good but the air con failed terribly. Downside of everything because a comfy room is what we paid for. We have 4 rooms all the rooms have air con issues entire level 5. After changing room we still face the same problem for 4 days. Worst in the day. Can’t sleep or rest comfortably. At night it was just ok. 24 deg. Day time even hotter than outside. Hope they rectify main issue. Otherwise, what’s great is the pool with Zumba session. Also the photography service comes with a printed photo and frame by their in house professional photographer. Don’t miss it. Surrounding area is nice and serene. Bf is ok. Enjoyed their tumeric porridge and teh tarik. We paid for extra bed its mattress.

Walking distance to Lagoi plaza for food and groceries option. Room is nice and well maintained, facilities within the hotel are limited.

Nice and chill hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and assisted with my enquiry. Getting to & from the hotel to the ferry terminal is easy and almost everything is near.
