We had wonderful weekend at HOMM Laguna Bintan. The manager, Mr Kris and staff - Benny warmly welcomed us during the check -in, making us feel at home right away. The FO team was very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at Saffron and Cove Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bintan, which we truly appreciated. The view was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay

A little pricey for in house dining, and only has 1 pool and table tennis table. but the pool is good, very good beach view and great room.

We had a great stay at Homm Laguna, experienced superb service from all staffs especially from Maruli, who kindly shared the available amenities and assisted with prompt arrangements for our transport. Unfortunately , we did not get to experience the amenities and activities due to monsoon season and change in management.

This resort have a Magnificent view snd direct access to the beach. The service is very good and kind… especially Mr. Krisdianto. But we did have one problem with our stay, but still a very recommended resort.

Overall, our stay at Angsana was great. The hospitality of the hotel staff was warm and friendly, and the private beach was truly amazing! One area for improvement would be the resort’s interior. The overall feel of the place is a little dated and worn out. For the price point, we expected it to looked more “refreshed “

Staff are smiley and will greet or smile. However should maybe brief staff so that they are well versed or knowledgeable to handle queries confidently. Also to improve on the speed of requests via face to face ordering or watsapps. Otherwise overall was satisfactory.
